ODAC Players of the Week

MEN'S BASKETBALL
Ed Reddick, Bridgewater, Sr., Forward
Reddick, a senior from Virginia Beach, Va., led the Eagles to a pair of wins at the BC/Don Glick Classic, in which he was named MVP after posting 53 points, 20 rebounds, four assists, three steals and three rebounds over the two contest. In a 74-63 win over Greensboro, Reddick poured in a career-high 31 points to go with 13 rebounds for his fourth double-double of the season. He was 9-of-17 from the field and 13-of-15 from the free throw line. He followed that with 22 points and seven boards in an 81-71 win over Milligan. He was 11-of-14 shooting in that game, adding three assists, two steals and two blocked shots. For the season, Reddick leads the ODAC in scoring (19.4 ppg), is second inrebounding (9.7 rpg) and fourth in blocked shots (10).

WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
Kelly Jones, Virginia Wesleyan, Jr., Guard
Jones, a junior from Ellicott City, Md., helped the Marlins to a 73-60 triumph over Methodist University for the squad's third-straight win. Jones posted a game-best 20 points in 23 minutes off the bench for Virginia Wesleyan. She was 8-of-13 from the field, canning a trio of three-pointers in the process. She helped VWC to a seven-point first half advantage with 18 markers in the opening 20 minutes. She further stuffed the stat sheets with three rebounds, three assists and just as many steals. For the season, Jones is averaging 9.5 points and is tied for eighth in the league with 12 made three-pointers.
