MEN'S SOCCER
Fredy Flores, Lynchburg, Sr., Forward

In a 1-0 victory at Berry, Flores beat the keeper in the ninth minute for the Hornets' first win of the week. At Roanoke in LC's ODAC opener, Flores didn't strike until late-on. After 90 minutes of scoreless regulation, Flores needed just 1:11 of overtime to seal a Hornets' triumph as his 92nd-minute header off a cross from Dan Freidberg clipped the underside of the bar and over the line for a 1-0 victory. For the season, Flores is tied for sixth in the ODAC with nine points on an ODAC third-best four goals and an assist.
