Banks, a junior from Coeburn, Va., made an impact early and often in Emory & Henry's 45-42 victory over Washington and Lee to open ODAC play. On just the third play of the game, Banks put points on the board with the first turnover of the game. He stripped a W&L runner at the Generals' 27-yard line and returned it to paydirt for an early 7-0 lead. Banks notched a game-high 14 tackles on the day, including nine solo stops. He also came away with a tackle for a loss, costing W&L two yards of offense. For the season, Banks is sixth in the ODAC with 33 tackles and tied for second with 24 solo tackles.

Bauserman, a junior from Woodstock, Va., put together one of the best passing days in NCAA Division III this season in leading Shenandoah to a 51-38 road win at Randolph-Macon. Bauserman went 32-of-60 thru the air for 559 yards and six touchdowns with one interception. The 559 yards are the fourth-most in ODAC history, rank second in Division III this year, and set a new SU record. His six touchdown passes are the most throw in the ODAC since 2014 (GC's Matt Pawlowski), the second most in Division III this year, and established a second school standard. Bauserman, who had 357 yards and four touchdowns thru the air by halftime, completed passes to eight different receivers with three scoring strikes going to Leonard Scott (7 for 162 yds). For the season, Bauserman leads the ODAC in several passing categories including yards (1,589), yards per game (397.3), touchdowns (19) and efficiency rating (150.1). His 397.3 yards per game top the Division III charts.

Tucker, a junior from Manakin-Sabot, Va., registered her first career hat trick to help the Generals post a 4-3 overtime triumph over Lynchburg. Tucker scored her three goals inside the opening 12:17 of the contest to stake Washington and Lee to an early 3-0 advantage. The three goals give her 22 for her career, which ranks seventh all-time at W&L. For the season, Tucker has four goals and one assist for nine total points.

Evens, a sophomore from Mercer Island, Wash., picked a great time to earn his first collegiate individual medal as he topped the field at the Tournament Town Preview. The event, which featured the top finishers from the 2017 NCAA Division III Championships in addition to select regional teams, was competed at Grandover Resort as an early prelude to the 2018 national championships, which the Greensboro-based venue will host in May. Evens birdied the 18th hole in his final round to finish one stroke clear of a trio of competitors following three rounds of play. He opened with a 4-under 68 on the par-72 layout set at 6,730 yards. The course lengthened to just over 7,000 yards for the final two rounds, with Evens carding scores of 74 and 73 to finish at 1-under 215, making him the only play to finish under par for the tournament. His efforts helped tournament-host Guilford finish ninth overall (897) in the team standings. Evens has finished in the top-five in each of his three starts this fall.

Grgic, a senior from Roanoke, Va., helped the Eagles rattled off a pair of wins last week, including an upset 2-1 triumph over then nationally fifth-ranked Washington and Lee. To open the week, Grgic pulled the strings for Bridgewater leading to three of the Eagles four goals in a 4-2 victory over Averett. At W&L, Grgic played a part in both goals to help BC improve to 1-1 in league play. He assisted on the first goal and then was called upon to take a penalty kick in the 74th minute. His original effort was saved by Generals' keeper Gillen Beck, but Grgic tucked in the rebound for a 2-0 lead that would turn into a 2-1 victory. His three points this week mark the first of the season for Grgic.

Morris, a senior from Nashville, Tenn., helped the Generals pick up a pair of league wins with an 11-point week. Morris opened with three assists in a 10-0 victory over Hollins. She followed that with her first career hat trick to go with a pair of assists in a 7-0 victory at Randolph. The eight points are the most in a game by a Generals' player since the 2005 season. For the year, Morris is second in the ODAC with six assists, while the goals are her first the of the season to give her 12 points.

Clark, a junior from Stuarts Draft, Va., helped keep Randolph-Macon humming with two more victories last week to run the Yellow Jackets season record to 13-3. Clark got her week started with 13 kills, seven digs, two assists, two aces, and a pair of blocks in a 3-1 win at St. Mary's (Md.). That effort was good for 16 total points at 4.0 per set. Clark increased her average to 4.5 points per frame in Randolph-Macon's 3-0 win over Roanoke, which improved R-MC's conference record to 5-0. She hammered 11 kills without an error in 20 chances for a .550 attack percentage. She added four digs, three blocks, and an ace. For the season, Clark is fifth in the ODAC with 153 kills, seventh in hitting percentage at .285, and third in total points earned at 180.5. She is sixth with 29 block assists.

Hiegel, a junior from Richmond, Va., came up just 1.2-seconds shy of claiming the individual title at the Don Cathcart Invitational hosted by Salisbury University. Hiegel's eight-kilomteer time of 25:24.5 trailed only David Strickland from the host Sea Gulls. His time, however, marks the top 8K performance in the ODAC this season. His efforts helped Bridgewater to third in the team standings with 99 points.

Coombs, a senior from Newton, N.J., finished second overall and first among NCAA Division III competitors at the Don Cathcart Invitational hosted by Salisbury University. Coombs, in her first race of the season, posted the ODAC's fastest six-kilometer time this fall in 21:55.3, finishing less than a second ahead of teammate Emily Latimer (ODAC 2nd-best 21:56.1) and just short of 16-seconds behind winner Kaylyn West from Division II-member East Stroudsburg. Coombs helped Virginia Wesleyan to fifth in the team standings with 127 points.
