Conference Honors 1,994 Student-Athletes

FOREST, Va. --- ODAC student-athletes continued their historic trend of performing not only in the athletic arena, but also in the classroom as 1,994 individuals earned recognition on the 2017-18 ODAC All-Academic Team. Representatives from each of the conference's 16 member institutions -- 14 full-time and two associates -- pushed the squad's total over 1,000 for the 12th consecutive year and came up just a half-dozen shy of marking two straight seasons with 2,000 or more honorees.

Eligibility for the ODAC All-Academic Team is open to any student-athlete that competes in a conference-sponsored sport, regardless of academic class. Prospective honorees must achieve at least a 3.25 grade point average for the year to be considered for an ODAC All-Academic Award.
