MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY RUNNER OF THE WEEK
NOAH MACE, GUILFORD COLLEGE
Mace, a sophomore from Chapel Hill, N.C., led Guilford at the Greensboro Cross Country Invitational with a ninth-place finish among 159 competitors, second among Division III harriers. His time of 27:40 shattered his own school record by nearly a minute. He finished second among NCAA Division III runners.

Helped lead the Generals to a ninth-place finish by placing 24th in a season-best time of 26:34.0

WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY RUNNER OF THE WEEK
JACKIE BURNS, WASHINGTON & LEE UNIVERSITY
Burns, a sophomore from Burke, Va., helped the Generals to a seventh place finish out of 27 teams at the Lehigh Paul Short Invitational on Friday afternoon by placing sixth of 231 runners with a personal-best 6K time of 22:24.  The time was also a Washington and Lee record for the six-kilometer distance.  This is her second ODAC weekly award of the fall season.

Charissa Duncan, Guilford Her time of 21.27.2 is the fourth-fastest in Quaker cross country history
Mallory McClaine, Roanoke 10th overall at the Salisbury invitational with a time of 22:55.0, the fifth-best Div. III time at the event
Ashley Roane, Virginia Wesleyan Finished 26th at the Tidewater Fall Classic with a time of 23:55.0

FIELD HOCKEY PLAYER OF THE WEEK
LAURA CHRISTIANSON, LYNCHBURG COLLEGE
Christianson, a senior from Virginia Beach, Va., scored the game winning goal with 15 minutes left to play in LC's 2-1 win at Randolph-Macon College Tuesday. LC defeated its second conference opponent Saturday, as Christianson scored once in an important 4-2 victory at Virginia Wesleyan.

Kendall Korte, Washington & Lee Scored the game-winning goal in a 2-1 conference win over Bridgewater
Lauren Michel, Eastern Mennonite Scored twice in a 10-1 win over RMWC, and notched two more in a 5-1 win over Roanoke
Nichole Smith, RMWC Beat the goalkeeper twice in a 6-0 victory over Mary Baldwin
Lindsay Walker, Randolph-Macon Notched three goals on the week with one apiece against Lynchburg, Catawba, and Catholic

MEN'S SOCCER PLAYER OF THE WEEK
JAMES MONASTRA, VIRGINIA WESLEYAN COLLEGE
Monastra, a junior from Lake Ridge, Va., led Virginia Wesleyan to a thrilling 3-2 victory over Hampton Roads rival Christopher Newport University by recording a rare hat trick.  He scored the first goal of the game and then brought VWC back from a 2-1 deficit by scoring the final two goals of the contest.  VWC finished the week with a 1-0-1 record to improve to 9-1-1 overall and to 3-0-1 in the ODAC.

Ben Marchetti, Hampden-Sydney Picked up a pair of shutouts on the week, making six saves apiece against RMC and E&H
Scott Mequid, Guilford Tied his career high with two goals in a 3-0 win over Chowan... leads the team with three two-goal games

WOMEN'S SOCCER PLAYER OF THE WEEK
ANNE WILTSHIRE, WASHINGTON & LEE UNIVERSITY
Wiltshire, a senior from Richmond, Va., scored at least one goal in all three of the Generals' wins.  She registered her second hat-trick of the season against Bridgewater, that effort following a two-goal outing against E&H.  She also scored once against Marymount.  With her 24 points (10 g, 4 a), she now ranks second all-time in career points (128) at W&L, surpassing Fontaine Marcoux '04.

VOLLEYBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
AMANDA WALSH, LYNCHBURG COLLEGE
Walsh, a sophomore from Forest, Va., led the Hornets to wins in both of its ODAC matches last week, and a 2-1 overall record. She smashed 14 kills with just two errors and added nine blocks in a four-set win at Emory & Henry College Tuesday. She followed that up with a 15-kill five-game showing in victory over Randolph-Macon.  She capped the week with 16 kills and five blocks in a tough five-set loss to Averett.

Brianna Bone, Sweet Briar Collected 14 kills and 20 digs in a 1-2 week for the Vixens
Erika Dirnagl, Bridgewater Hammered out 24 kills at a .579 clip in two wins last week... also blocked 12 attempts
Mollee Farrell, Randolph-Macon Picked up 58 total kills in a 1-2 week for the Yellow Jackets
Megan Good, Eastern Mennonite Came away with 20 kills and 10 digs while posting a .356 hitting percentage in a 1-1 week for the Royals
Jen Perkinson, Virginia Wesleyan Just 19 kills shy of the being the first VWC player with 1,000 in her career... had 25 in two wins
Megan Tucker, Guilford Picked up 34 digs, 14 kills, and five aces in a 0-3 week for the Quakers
