Darrell Thompson, Shenandoah, So., Pitcher

Thompson, a sophomore from Stephens City, Va., tossed a complete game shutout in a 9-0 win over Bridgewater, helping the Hornets to the top seed in the upcoming ODAC Baseball Tournament.  The southpaw gave up just six hits and fanned a season-high 12 batters with two walks in nine innings on the hill.  He picked up his eighth win, which also marked the seventh victory against league foes.  Both totals rank atop the ODAC.  His 64 strikeouts also lead the ODAC, while his 2.38 earned run average sits eighth.

Robet Gallet, Bridgewater (Sr., RHP - Stafford, Va.)
Gallet fired a scoreless inning of relief in the Eagles 24-0 over Catholic to start the week.  He then started and went 7.2 innings against LC to pick up the win in a 5-2 ballgame.  He gave up two runs on 10 hits with nine strikeouts.

Reggie Johnson, Hampden-Sydney (So., RHP - Dunnsville, Va.)
Johnson started and picked up his fourth win of the season in a 5-2 triumph over Randolph-Macon.  He went six innings, giving up two unearned runs on four hits with three walks and a strikeout.

Brandon Miller, Lynchburg (Jr., P - Vesuvius, Va.)
Miller worked two innings of scoreless relief in an 8-6 loss to Guilford.  He followed that with nine full frames to pick up his eighth win in a 4-3 road victory at Bridgewater. He gave up three runs on seven hints with two walks and four strikeouts.

Jamie Hendrick, Randolph-Macon (Sr., LHP - Chesterfield, Va.)
Hendrick started his 35th career game in a R-MC uniform, which ranks second all-time at Randolph-Macon.  He got the win in a 3-2 triumph over Guilford.  That marked his sixth "W" of the season, giving him 16 overall to tie for fourth in school history with former All-American Travis Beazley '06.  He went 7.1 innings, giving up two runs (one earned) on six hits with six strikeouts.

Alex Tucci, Virginia Wesleyan (Jr., LHP - Stewartstown, Pa.)
Tucci started and got a no decision in a 3-2 win at Hampden-Sydney.  He went seven innings, giving up two unearned runs on nine hits with three walks and four strikeouts.  He came back to get the win in relief in a 3-2 victory against W&L.  He worked 4.2 scoreless innings, giving up four hits with a walk and seven punchouts.

Tom Concklin, Washington and Lee (Fr., P - Hinsdale, Ill.)
Concklin started twice on the week, picking up a win and taking a no-decision against a pair of league foes.  He beat SU, 6-3, going six innings and allowing two runs on seven hits with four walks and four strikeouts.  He went seven frames against VWC, giving up one run on six hits.
