Concklin, a senior from Hinsdale, Ill., put together a strong showing as the Generals handed national #1 Shenandoah University just its second loss of the season last week. Concklin fired off the hill for seven frames, giving up one run on five hits to a team that was batting .339 coming into the contest. He did not walk a batter and struck out one in his 76-pitch performance. For the season, Concklin is now tied for the ODAC lead in wins with a 6-1 record. He owns a 2.62 earned run average in 58.1 innings of work. He has fanned 38 and walked just 10 batters.

Logan Jones, Guilford (Sr.)
Jones went seven innings on the way to a 13-6 win at Emory & Henry. He gave up two runs (one earned) on six hits without a walk. He fanned two. He came back to throw 0.1 innings in a 15-4 win at Eastern Mennonite. He gave up an unearned run on two hits with a walk.

Nick Roth, Randolph-Macon (So.)
Roth scattered seven hits on his way to a complete game shutout in a 17-0 win over Lynchburg. He walked one and struck out 10 batters. He fanned the final three batters of the game, which also feature four double plays turned by the R-MC defense.

Rawlings Cumbea, Roanoke (Sr.)
Cumbea appared twice for Roanoke, picking up a win in a 7-2 decision over Averett. He started and worked five frames in that contest, giving up one run on one hit without a walk. He fanned two. He came back for an inning of working in a 10-1 setback at Virginia Wesleyan. He worked around a hit and two walks to register a scoreless inning.

Gerard DePhillips, Shenandoah (Fr.)
DePhillips moved to 6-0 in a 9-4 win over Emory & Henry, tying two others for the league lead in victories. He worked eight strong innings, giving up two unearned runs on five hits. He walked one and fanned four.

Riley Koonce, Virginia Wesleyan (Sr.)
Koonce appeared twice for the Marlins last week. VWC's closer picked up his ODAC-best sixth save by preserving a 6-3 victory with two innings of work. He gave up one hit and struck out three. In a 9-8 triumph over Roanoke, he earned the win after entering with the score tied. He worked three innings and allowed one hit, but did walk four batters. He offset that with two strikeouts.
