Devereux, a sophomore from Mount Prospect, Ill., made two appearances for the Generals and picked up a save and a win in two conference outings. Devereux preserved a 7-6 win over Bridgewater on Wednesday, working a perfect ninth frame for his fifth save in the season. He came back to throw 3.2 innings to get the win in a 5-4 triumph over Roanoke. He gave up one unearned run on three hits with two strikeouts. Devereux is tied for the ODAC lead in wins with a 7-1 record. His five saves are one off the league lead, while his 1.64 earned run average tops all conference players.
