Bell surrendered one run and scattered six hits in his second straight complete game of the season. He has spent 26.0 innings on the hill over his last three starts, giving up only one run on 15 hits during that stretch. Bellow fanned four Eagles on Wednesday and allowed just one free pass. He closed the game by retiring 10 consecutive batters. He registered eight ground ball outs and offered up 73 strikes among his 105 pitches.
