Driskell, a senior from Ruther Glen, Va., saved his best for
last in the 2010 regular season finale against Catholic. Driskell
was 20-of-23 for 274 yards and four touchdowns. Driskell completed
17 straight passes along the way, setting a Bridgewater school
record for consecutive completions and a career-high with four
touchdown passes. The senior trigger man also scored from one-yard
out on a quarterback keeper, accounting for all five Eagles
touchdowns on the day. Driskell and favored receiver Tyler
Beiler connected on three passing scores, giving the duo 16 for the
season. Driskell also connected with Nick Wimer to open the
game’s scoring.
