Egbers, a sophomore from Clifton, Va., was both efficient and productive in Randolph-Macon's 25-13 win over Bridgewater on Friday. Egbers accounted for 293 yards of total offense and three total touchdowns. Under center, he was 11-of-14 passing for 190 yards and two touchdowns via a six-yard strike to Zach Bowman and a 73-yard catch-and-run by David Wallis. Egbers also carried the ball 24 times for 103 yards including a one-yard touchdown run. His efforts, along with 109 yards from Justin DeLeon, helped R-MC rack up 261 yards on the ground. For the season, Egbers has completed 21-of-31 passes for 318 yards and five touchdowns without an interception. He has also run the ball for 123 yards and two scores.
