Nice, a first-year from Stuarts Draft, Va., put together the most prolific pass-rushing day in ODAC history in the Eagles regular season-ending 64-22 victory at Guilford on Saturday. Nice, who made 10 tackles on the day with seven solo stops, terrorized the Quakers quarterback with 6.5 sacks that cost them 55 yards of total offense. The 6.5 sacks are a new ODAC single-game record and ranks as not only the most in Division III this season, but that total is the third-most in Division history since the NCAA started recording single-game sack figures in 2000. Only Kevin McNamara from Saint John's University (Minn.) with 7.5 against Monmouth College (Ill.) in 2005 and Matt Harris from Gallaudet University with 7.0 against Becker College in 2011 rank higher. In the ODAC record book, Nice's output tops the 6.0 sacks posted by Rich Hilt from Hampden-Sydney against Washington and Lee in 1987 and 6.0 sacks registered by Jack Miscall from Randolph-Macon against W&L in 1992. Nice now leads the ODAC with 10.0 sacks on the season, costing opponents 83 yards of offense. He has made 49 stops overall with 30 solo tackles and 12.0 TFLs with one forced fumble.

Hugney, a sophomore from Fairfax Station, Va., had a hand in all three scores for Shenandoah in the Hornets 16-14 triple-overtime victory at Washington and Lee to close out the regular season. Hugney was 29-for-52 passing for 228 yards and a touchdown. He also caught a touchdown pass on a "Philly Special" style play and ran in the deciding two point conversion on SU's possession in the third extra frame. On the two-point play, Hugney rolled right after play fake, spun out of an open-field tackle attempt at the 10-yard line, and beat two defenders to the goal-line for the winning points. Hugney's touchdown pass tied the game with 40-seconds left in regulation. The play covered five yards when Andre Jackson hauled in a post-slant from Hugney to knot the score at 14-all and cap a 12-play 75-yard drive that covered 2:14 of game time. Hugney's touchdown reception to cut W&L's lead to 14-7 at the outset of the fourth quarter came on a two-tiered misdirection play. With Hugney seemingly communicating with the offensive line, the snap went directly to running back Rashadeen Byrd, Jr. He rolled left and pitched the ball to Bryar Wheeler coming on an end-around, who stopped and lobbed a pass to Hugney in the right side of the end zone. For the season, Hugney has thrown for 2,147 yards and 19 touchdowns on 186-of-313 passing. This was his first reception and fifth non-passing touchdown of the year.

Bailey, a first-year from Statesville, N.C., played a big part in Guilford shutting out Averett to snap the Quakers 18-game skid against conference opponents. Bailey, who made four solo tackles on the day, intercepted a pair of passes and returned one to the house for a pick-six. That takeaway-turned-touchdown came late in the third quarter when he stepped in front of a would-be receiver to intercept the pass. He then galloped 28-yards to pay-dirt for the game's final score in Guilfod's 26-0 victory. Bailey later added another interception in the fourth quarter, stopping a Cougars drive as they crossed into Quaker territory. For the season, Bailey has registerd 25 tackles with 23 solo efforts. He has intercepted three passes, tied for second in the league.

Wood, a junior from Moseley, Va., helped Bridgewater to a 13-6 victory over Washington and Lee to keep the Eagles in solo second in the ODAC at 9-1 overall and 5-1 in league play. Wood played a part in both of Bridgewater's touchdowns, both coming via the passing game. He was 12-of-16 for a 75.0-percent completion percentage. He threw for 115 yards and touchdowns to Dylan Maclachlan and Freddie Watkins. Wood also ran for 44 yards on 10 carries. The Wood-to-Maclachlan touchdown covered 42 yards. Wood eluded the rush and scrambled to his right. Just before reaching the line of scrimmage, he whipped a pass to Maclachlan 20 yards down field. The receiver sprinted the rest of the way and crossed the goalline with a dive with 19-seconds on the clock before halftime. Wood hooked up with Watkins on a nine-yard run-pass option sprint out to the weak side. After faking a handoff, Wood rolled to his left and found Watkins out the out towards the sideline where he reached the ball over the line for the game's final points with 3:04 left in the third quarter. That capped a 15-play drive that covered 77 yards in 8:26. For the season, Wood has thrown for 764 yards and seven touchdowns on 69-of-108 passing. He has also run for 104 yard and a touchdown.

Anthony, a senior from Winchester, Va., posted a strong day to help Shenandoah upset ODAC champion Washington and Lee, 14-6, on Saturday in front of his hometown fans. Anthony made 11 tackles including eight solo stops. His biggest play was the second to last of the game. On third down from the SU 11-yard line, W&L's quarterback tried to find a receiver on a corner route at the back of the end zone. Anthony stepped up and high-pointed the ball, intercepting the pass with 0:37 on the clock to clinch the Hornets victory with only a kneel down left before the final horn. That was the first interception of the year for Anthony and the second of his career. For the season, Anthony registered 40 tackles (31 solo) with 1.5 tackles for a loss and three passes broken up.

Heuchan, a sophomore from Tallahassee, Fla., put together a three touchdown day in helping Randolph-Macon top Hampden-Sydney, 37-14, in the 126th playing of "The Game" as the oldest small college football rivalry in the South. Heuchan was 15-of-21 through the air for 265 yards and three scores without an interception. He completed passes to six different receivers and connected twice with David Wallis on touchdown passes of 81 and 14 yards, the latter of which came just before halftime to spot R-MC to a 27-7 lead at the break. Heuchan also found Joey Hunt with a 31-yard passing play for a score at the close of the third quarter. For the season, Heuchan has completed 70.2-percent (66-of-94) of his passes for 1,287 yards and 10 touchdowns. He has thrown just one interception and been sacked just three times. His passer efficiency rating sits at 218.2.

Agyei, a senior from Manassas, Va., picks up his first weekly award after leading Shenandoah's defense in a 35-16 triumph over Apprentice School. Agyei posted a game-high 12 tackles including six solo stops. This is the third straight week he has finished with 10 or more tackles in a game. Agyei made one tackle behind the line of scrimmage that cost the Builders three yards of offense. He broke up two passes and also intercepted a pass that led to a game-sealing touchdown. He registered his second pick of the season at the Hornets 35-yard line. Seven plays later, Brant Butler caught his second TD pass of the game midway through the fourth quarter. For the season, Agyei is seventh in the ODAC with 69 tackles and sixth with 39 solo stops. He has made 7.5 tackles for a loss, which is tied for 10th in the league. In addition to the two interceptions, he has broken up four passes.

Butler, a senior from La Plata, Md., picks up his second weekly award of the season after helping Shenandoah to a 35-16 victory over Apprentice School on Saturday. Butler racked up 134 all-purpose yards and two touchdowns. He caught nine passes for 93 yards and both of his scores. He also returned a pair of kickoffs, taking each back 21 yards. His first touchdown reception was a two-yard toss from Steve Hugney to open the game's scoring just 3:23 in the contest. He then put the final points on the scoreboard with a 13-yard TD catch from Zack Mathis following defensive back David Agyei's interception on the Builders preceding possession. For the season, Butler leads the ODAC with 54 catches, 882 receiving yards, and 98.0 receiving yards per game. His seven TD catches rank third in the league, while his 16.3 yards per catch sits fourth.

Farmer, a sophomore from Clover, S.C., helped the Bridgewater defense hold Shenandoah to just 14 points and 325 yards of total for a 22-14 win in their third matchup of the season and the final game for retiring head coach Michael Clark. Farmer posted nine tackles with four solo and one tackle for a loss that cost Shenandoah three yards of offense. He broke up one pass, but his biggest play helped seal the Eagles victory. On the ninth play of SU's final drive, Farmer intercepted the Hornets' signal-caller at the 13-yard line and returned it to the 28 with 1:14 to play and lead to pair of kneel downs before the final horn. For the season, Farmer finished with 32 tackles (15 solo) with 2.5 TFLs and one interception.

Page, a senior from Richmond, Va., picks up the second ODAC weekly award of his career after helping Hampden-Sydney close the first spring campaign in ODAC history with a 49-21 win over Ferrum College. Page caught four passes for 121 yards and two touchdowns in the contest. Each of his receptions went for 20 or more yards as he averaged 30.3 yards per catch. He and quarterback Tanner Bernard connected on a 33-yard pass play 59-seconds into the second half. They then hooked up on a 20-yard TD pass with 0:42 to go in the third quarter. Page added receptions of 46 yards and 22 yards to his line. For the season, Page finished with 11 catches for 232 yards and three touchdowns.

Baylor, a senior from Radford, Va., helped the Ferrum defense hold Guilford to 171 yards of total offense in the Panthers 41-12 victory in Greensboro on Friday. Baylor made five stops from his defensive back position in helping Ferrum limit Guilford to 34 yards rushing. His biggest play came late in the third quarter has he put points on the board with a fumble return for a touchdown. He registered an 11-yard tackle for loss and forced the ball loose. He returned the loose ball 18 yards to pay-dirt to help seal the Panthers second win of the season. For the year, Baylor has made 15 total tackles with an interception to go with his forced and recovered fumble for a touchdown.

Egbers, a sophomore from Clifton, Va., picks up his second weekly award of the year after leading Randolph-Macon to a 28-0 victory over Hampden-Sydney in the latest edition of "The Game" at Hampden-Sydney. Egbers accounted for four touchdowns and helped R-MC command the game to the tune of a 37:38 to 22:22 advantage in time of possession. Egbers went 16-of-20 passing for 215 yards and two touchdowns without an interception. The resulted in a 203.3 efficiency rating. His TD passes went to Ricky Mayfield and David Wallis covering six and 19 yards, respectively. Egbers added two rushing TDs of one and three yards, giving him six rushing scores this year. On the season, Egbers is 52-of-76 (.63.8%) passing for 686 yards and nine touchdowns with just two interceptions. He and the 4-0 Yellow Jackets now meet Emory & Henry College in week six with the ODAC title on the line.

Overstreet, a sophomore from Moneta, Va., made the most of his first start at running back in the Wasps 59-36 victory over Ferrum in the Fourth Annual Crooked Road Classic. Overstreet, a starting linebacker and situational rusher the previous nine games of the season, set a new ODAC single-game record with 324 rushing yards with two touchdowns on 35 carries. That is tied for the most yardage in NCAA Division III (324 by Wesley Schools, Grove City) this season and third-most over all divisions. It is one yard clear of previous ODAC record-holder Cedrick Delaney, who went for 321 yards against Emory & Henry in 2014. Overstreet's touchdown runs against the Panthers came on carries of 67 and 19 yards in the second and fourth quarters, respectively. He had 13 rushes of 10 or more yards leading to his 9.3 yards per carry average. For the season, Overstreet ran the ball 67 times for 435 yards and six touchdowns. On defense, he registered 49 tackles with 2.0 TFLs, two fumble recoveries, and an interception he returned 80 yards for a touchdown.

Mitchell, a sophomore from Hagerstown, Md., put together a strong game in the Knights' 40-7 season-ending triumph over non-conference Apprentice School. Mitchell registered four tackles on the day including half a tackle for a loss. He also intercepted a pair of passes, both of which he returned for touchdowns. Mitchell helped set the tone of the game in the closing minutes of the first quarter when he came off his man and intercepted a pass at the Apprentice 21-yard line. He returned it to paydirt for a 7-0 lead with 3:03 on the first quarter clock. Mitchell then helped put the game away with the second of three Southern Virginia touchdown in the fourth quarter. This time he stepped in front of a sideline out pass and returned the interception 20 yards for a 32-7 lead with 6:29 to play. For the season, Mitchell racked up 28 tackles and four interceptions, which is tied for third in the ODAC.

Myers, a senior from Ringgold, Va., was a disruptive force for the Eagles as Bridgewater clinched the ODAC title with a 28-21 victory over Randolph-Macon on Saturday. Myers posted an ODAC weekly-high 15 tackles including seven solo stops and a pair of tackles for a loss. The 15 stops not just a personal-best for this season but set a new career-high for the 2018 ODAC Defensive Player of the Year. Myers also forced a fumble, broke up a pass, and had a pair of quarterback hurries to lead the nation's fifth-ranked defense against its fellow regionally-ranked foe. His pass breakup came on a fourth-down stop a play after he forced a fumble. For the season, Myers is fourth in the ODAC with 78 total tackles and 45 solo stops. He is also tied for fourth with 10.0 tackles for a loss and is tied for second with 6.0 quarterback sacks.

Jalepes, a junior from Martinsburg, W.Va., put together a 190 all-purpose yard day with a pair of touchdowns - including the game-deciding score - in Bridgewater's 28-21 victory over Randolph-Macon to clinch the ODAC championship. Jalepes average 14 yards a carry as he ran for 168 yards on 12 touches in addition to catching three passes for 22 yards and another score. He got the scoring started with a seven-yard touchdown reception with 3:13 on the first quarter clock. Jalepes second touchdown was arguably the biggest play of the game, if not the longest. After Randolph-Macon had pulled to within a score at 21-13 with 9:39 to play in regulation, Jalepes carried the ball on the first play on the ensuing drive and broke out for a 71-yard touchdown run. The rush, the longest of his collegiate career, gave BC the cushion it needed to remain unbeated on the season at 9-0. For the year, Jalepes is first in the ODAC in rushing touchdowns (9) and second in overall TDs (11) and points (68). He is fourth in the ODAC in rushing yards (722) and yards per game (80.2). His 5.8 yards per carry ranks third among qualified runners.

Williams, a junior from Purcellville, Va., led a strong Yellow Jackets defensive unit in Randolph-Macon's 48-35 win at Hampden-Sydney to clinch the 2018 ODAC title and a spot in the NCAA Tournament. Williams made five stops on the day including one for loss and broke up a pass, but his biggest contributions came in the turnover game. He was responsible for all three takeaways by the R-MC defense as the unit allowed just 14 points thru the first three quarters. Williams first takeaway was a fumble recovery on the first play from scrimmage following a long completion to H-SC receiver Major Morgan. De'Angelo Barr jarred the ball free with Williams picking it up at the R-MC 8-yard line. While that turnover didn't result in R-MC points, the two did. Williams intercepted H-SC quarterback Alec Cobb at the Tigers' 40-yard line late in the first quarter, which the Yellow Jackets turned into the game's first points early in the second frame. Williams second interception helped put the game away as he came down with his third takeaway with 15-seconds left in the third quarter at the H-SC 35-yard line. Just two plays later, R-MC tacked on their final touchdown of the game for a 48-14 lead. For the season, Williams is tied for second in the ODAC with five interceptions. He's racked up 39 tackles including 31 solo stops.

Taylor, a sophomore from Summerville, S.C., returned from injury to pick up his second weekly award of the season if the Wasps 70-27 triumph over Guilford in the season finale. Taylor accounted for eight touchdowns in the win as he threw for six scores for the second time this season, tying a school record. He also ran in a pair of scores, making him responsible (or partially so) for 48 points. Taylor finished 17-of-28 for 359 yards with six TDs against one interception for a 232.0 efficiency rating. He completed passes to just four receivers on the day, with each catching at least one touchdown pass. Jesse Santiago hauled in three TDs as part of an 8-catch 171-yard day. Gunner Griffith, Bradley Puccio, and Derrick Yates also caught scoring throws. Taylor also carried the ball 10 times for 57 yards with scoring runs of 11 and 1 yard. Taylor completes the season as the ODAC's leader in passing efficiency at a 152.6 rating. He completed 58.9-percent of his passes for 1,942 yards with 21 touchdowns against eight interceptions. He added 405 yards and seven touchdowns  on 97 rushes, good for a 4.2 per-carry average.

Bullard, a senior from Culpeper, Va., put together a strong effort in helping to lead Ferrum to a 28-23 victory over previously ODAC unbeaten Randolph-Macon. Bullard tied for game-high honors with 10 tackles including eight solo stops. He also notched a tackle for a loss and on three other occasions stopped R-MC runners for 1-yard or no gain. His biggest contribution came late in the third quarter with Randolph-Macon in the Panthers red zone. On a third-and-goal play, Bullard registered his first interception of the season on the 5-yard line to preserve an 11-point lead at 28-17. Ferrum kept Randolph-Macon off the scoreboard for 27:11 of the second half before the Yellow Jackets found the end zone with 2:49 to play. For the season, Bullard has made 34 total tackles with 27 solo stops. He has 3.0 tackles for a loss.

Bauserman, a senior from Woodstock, Va., put together an historic day in guiding the Hornets to a 62-47 win over Guilford. Bauserman became the ODAC's all-time leader in touchdown passes thanks to a conference single-game record-tying eight scoring throws against the Quakers. He now has 40 touchdown passes this season, one off his school-record 41 in 2017, and has thrown 129 scoring passes in his career to surpass the previous ODAC record of 128 posted by former Guilford signal-caller Josh Vogelbach. Vogelbach now also shares his single-game TD passing record with Bauserman. Bauserman was 45-of-59 thru the air against the Quakers, throwing for a school-record 578 yards to 10 different receivers. The passing yardage total is fourth-most in league history. Casey Stewart and Jalen Hudson were his favorite targets, combining for 17 grabs for 309 yards and five touchdowns. For the season, Bauserman leads the ODAC in all major passing categories -- 40 TD passes, 315 completions, 494 attempts, 3,497 yards, 388.6 yards per game, 146.3 rating. His 63.8 completion percentage ranks third in the ODAC. Entering the final week of the season, Bauserman is two touchdown passes shy of tying the ODAC single-season record and 321 yards short of tying his own league mark of 3,818 yards set last season. Bauserman is second in ODAC career history with 12,140 yards and will finish in that spot given the record of 13,605 yards held by Vogelbach.

Burns, a senior from Fredericksburg, Va., helped the Yellow Jackets shutdown Hampden-Sydney's offense in the second half on the way to a 56-28 victory in the 122nd edition of "The Game" on Saturday. Burns posted a game-high 15 tackles with 10 solo stops -- also a game-best. He also led all players with five passes defensed, including a momentum-swinging interception. With R-MC leading 28-21 early in the third quarter, Burns broke off his coverage assignment and intercepted a possible touchdown pass at the goal-line. He returned it 39 yards to setup Randolph-Macon with what would become a touchdown scoring drive, turning his interception into a possible 13-point swing-play. Burns finishes the season with 52 tackles including 36 solo stops. He notched three interceptions and broke up a league-best 16 passes.

Hoy, a junior from Clayton, N.C., etched his name in the ODAC record book following his performance in the Yellow Jackets' 56-28 win over Hampden-Sydney in the 122nd edition of "The Game" on Saturday. Hoy found the end zone five times via the rush, tying for second in ODAC history in both single-game rushing touchdowns and single-game overall touchdowns. The last time an ODAC player scored five touchdowns in a game was 2012 (H-SC's Vance Hendren). The 30 points tie for fourth-most in league history, joining the efforts of four other players. Hoy's last three touchdowns marked the game's final scores as he helped break open a 35-28 game with a late third quarter touchdown and two more in the final frame. He finished with 21 carries for 93 yards with an additional 77 yards on eight receptions. He completed a pass on a half-back option that covered 29 yards, and made a pair of tackles on special teams to add to his stat sheet. Hoy finishes the season with 359 yards and 11 touchdowns on 67 carries. The 11 rushing TDs are fourth in the league. He also caught 50 passes for 416 yards and four more touchdowns. His 15 overall touchdowns are fourth-most in the league along with his 90 points.

Reames, a senior from Nashville, Tenn., was in on several big plays as Washington and Lee put itself in the driver's seat for the ODAC title with a 49-21 win over Bridgewater. For the second straight week, the Generals' defense pitched a second-half shutout. Reames not only aided that effort, but he put points on the board in the first quarter as he stepped in front of a receiver for an interception and returned it 36 yards for a touchdown and an early 14-0 lead. The interception marked his third of the season, which is tied for third in the ODAC. Reames wasn't done with turnovers as he also forced a pair of fumbles (one recovered), one of which the W&L offense turned into a touchdown at the outset of the second half. Reames added five tackles (all solo) including a tackle for a loss. For the season, Reames has racked up 39 total tackles including 29 solo stops.

Cobb, a junior from Jamestown, N.C., was excelled in both performance and managing the game in Hampden-Sydney's 49-43 victory over Shenandoah. Cobb helped the Tigers hold the ball for nearly 39 minutes of game-time while firing five touchdown passes. He went 33-of-49 thru the air, racking up 365 yards without an interception. He connected with four different receivers on his scoring throws, hitting Cam Johnson for a pair and tossing one each to Major Morgan, Carter Cunningham, and Dillon Costello. In the second half, Cobb led four consecutive drives that took more than four minutes off the game clock each, finishing two with touchdowns and a third with a field goal. The five touchdown passes are a new career-high, surpassing the four scoring throws in a game he has registered three times this season and once in 2016. For the year, Cobb is second in the ODAC in passing touchdowns (26), completions (258), attempts (372), and completion percentage (69.4). His 2,653 yards are third in the league.

Khan, a sophomore from Springfield, Va., helped the Eagles finish the season on a three-game winning streak with a 50-13 victory over Catholic. Khan shared team-high honors with six tackles including three solo stops. He proved a nuisance to CUA quarterbacks, registering 2.5 sacks that cost the Cardinals 19 yards of offense. Bridgewater's defense forced four Catholic miscues on the day. Khan was involved in that as well, turning one of his sacks into a strip-sack in which he covered the loose ball at the close of the first half. For the season, Khan registered 27 tackles with 19 solo stops. He collected 4.5 tackles for a loss including 3.5 sacks, costing opposing offenses 26 yards from scrimmage.

Nelson, a senior from Redding, Conn., put together a dual-threat performance in the Generals' 59-42 win over Shenandoah. The trigger man for Washington and Lee's multi-option offense led the unit to 631 total yards from scrimmage, including 506 on the ground. He contributed 120 yards on 19 carries, finding the end zone twice. Nelson was efficient thru the air in arguably W&L's best passing day of the year. He completed 12-of-13 passes for 125 yards and two more touchdowns to McKenna Johnston and Jack Taylor. For the year, Nelson completed 55.7-percent of his passes for 749 yards and five touchdowns. He also rushed for 745 yards and six scores on 123 carries. He caps his career with 2,014 yards and 11 touchdowns thru the air to go with 2,280 yards and 18 touchdowns on the ground.

Burdette, a senior from Frederick, Md., helped Randolph-Macon remain in the driver's seat and win for the third straight week via a 31-10 triumph over Guilford. Burdette posted a game-high 11 tackles with eight solo stops. He was a constant force in the Quakers' backfield, finishing with 3.0 tackles for a loss that cost Guilford 16 yards of offense. Two of his TFLs were quarterback sacks accounting for 14 yards of lost yardage. For the season, Burdette has made 42 total tackles. He is third in the league in both tackles for a loss with 14.0 and sacks with 7.5.

DeMasi, a junior from Virginia Beach, Va., had a breakout day for the Tigers in Hampden-Sydney's 37-34 win at Shenandoah. DeMasi accounted for 49-percent of the Tigers' 471 yards of total offense, representing his highest combined rushing and receiving output of the season. He ran for a career-best 187 yards and two touchdowns on 33 carries. He added four receptions for 44 yards, bringing his total offensive output to 231 yards. DeMasi averaged 5.7 yards per carry and was a major reason why H-SC possessed the ball for nearly 41 minutes. For the season, DeMasi is fifth in the ODAC with 698 rushing yards to go with six rushing touchdowns. He has also caught 27 passes for 166 yards.

Hill, a freshman from Roanoke, Va., helped spearhead the Yellow Jacket's "bend-but-snap-back" defensive performance in Randolph-Macon's 14-9 victory over Hampden-Sydney in the 120th edition of "The Game." R-MC surrendered 339 yards of offense, but also forced four turnovers on two interceptions and a pair of fumbles. It was Hill that came up with both of those interceptions, with each directly scoring or preventing points. He picked off his first pass in the opening frame, returning it 31-yards for a touchdown and a 14-0 lead. His second INT came in the third quarter when he stopped a Tigers' scoring drive in the end zone. Hill broke up two other passes in the game and registered a pair of tackles, including a quarterback sack. The interceptions brought his season total to three, all coming in the last two weeks.

Pawlowski, a senior from Greensboro, N.C., put together his second 400-yard passing game of the season in the Quakers 41-30 win over Emory & Henry. Pawlowski completed a season-best 76.6-percent (36-of-47) of his passes for 411 yards and four touchdowns without an interception. He was especially potent in the second half, leading Guilford back from a 23-13 deficit and directing the offense to scores on four straight possessions. He was 17-of-20 for 278 yards and three touchdowns in the final two frames. His touchdown plays went for 20, 27, 39 and 18 yards. He has now thrown for an ODAC-best 39 touchdowns this season, three off the conference record (J.D. Ricca, H-SC, 2005). He is also now seventh in NCAA Division III history with 116 touchdown passes, eight short of the ODAC record (Josh Vogelbach, GC, 2005-08). Pawlowski currently leads the ODAC in passing yards (3,333) and yards per game (333.3) in addition to touchdown passes.

Heard, a senior from Houston, Texas, helped the Generals clinch the ODAC title in Washington and Lee's 42-33 win over Catholic. Heard put together a complete performance from his linebacker post, registering five total tackles including his first sack of the season that held the Cardinals to a first quarter field goal rather than reaching the end zone. In addition to a pass breakup, Heard hauled in his first interception of the season and returned it 24 yards to the CUA 26-yard just 36-second prior to halftime. W&L would score via a nine-yard touchdown pass with 0:02 on the first-half clock to take a 28-5 lead into the break. Heard now has season totals of 46 tackles (25 solo) with three sacks, three forced fumbles and Saturday's interception.

Chess, a junior from Fairfax, Va., helped lead the Generals to a 52-33 win over Catholic, which clinched the 2015 ODAC title. Chess spearheaded a Generals' rushing effort that churned 391 yards, increasing the Generals streak of games with 300 or more yards rushing to 11 dating back to last season. Chess posted an ODAC weekly-best 159 yards on 18 carries with a pair of touchdown runs. He opened the game's scoring with a 34-yard jaunt around right-end and thru one would-be tackler, and then made it 14-5 in W&L's favor with a 19-yard option-pitch score again around the right side. Chess had five rushes for 10 or more yards with no negative yardage plays on the day as he averaged 8.8 yards per carry. He now leads the Generals and is fifth in the ODAC with 757 yards rushing, while his nine touchdowns are third. He also averages an ODAC-best 8.0 yards per carry (95).

Shields, a freshman from Charlotte, N.C., helped the Generals finish their season with a 40-23 victory over Shenandoah. He posted a team-high 11 tackles, including 10 solo stops. His biggest play came on the Hornets' first possession of the game. After SU had driven to the W&L four-yard line on 10 plays, Shields turned the ball over for the Generals on the 11th. He forced and recovered his own fumble at the one-yard line, denying a potential Shenandoah touchdown on first-and-goal and maintaining Washington and Lee's early 7-0 lead. For his rookie season, Shields recorded 41 tackles, an interception, and blocked a kick.

Pawlowski, a junior from Greensboro, N.C., helped the Quakers wrap up their first 8-2 season since 1997 with a 52-28 win at Emory & Henry. Pawlowski threw for 389 yards and five touchdowns on 38-of-48 passing, good for a 79.2-percent completion rate. He also ran for 43 yards. He completed passes to nine different receivers. Austen Thompson was his favorite taret, hauling in 10 passes for 71 yards and three touchdowns. Pawlowski threw TD passes of 21, 49, 3, 8, and 13 yards. The latter three came in the final 23 minutes of the contest as the Quakers out-scored E&H, 28-7, to the final horn. For the season, Pawlowski set Guilford records for passing touchdowns (38) and completion percentage (67.8), leading the ODAC in both. He also led the conference passing yardage (3,476) and yards per game (347.6). He only threw three interceptions, good for one every 123 pass attempts. Pawlowski threw for 300 yards in a game eight times, and had four or more TDs in a game on six occasions.

Healey, a senior from Easton, Pa., helped Emory & Henry to its eighth win of the season in a 42-34 home victory over Shenandoah. In addition to nine total tackles, Healey corralled three of six interceptions recorded by the Wasps defense, tying for the sixth-highest single-game total in ODAC history. The last time an ODAC player registered three interceptions in a game was in 2012 when Washignton and Lee's Jake Pelton turned the trick against Franklin & Marshall. Healey is the first E&H defender to come up with three interceptions in a game since Devan Sproles against Guilford in 2011. Healey added one other takeaway with a fumble recovery in the fourth quarter, giving him for four against the SU. His second interception of the game occurred in the second quarter. He returned it 23-plus yards to one-foot line. E&H punched it in for a touchdown on the next play. Healey is currently tied with Guilford's JerMario Gooch for the ODAC lead in interceptions with six. His 10 total takeaways lead the conference. He is fifth with 81 tackles.

Delaney, a sophomore from Manassas, Va., had the best single-game rushing day in ODAC history as the Hornets came up short in their comeback bid to defeat Emory & Henry, 42-34. Delaney carried the ball a career-high 41 times against the Wasps, racking up 321 yards to set new Shenandoah and ODAC single-game records. It is also the fourth-most yards gained by a rusher in NCAA Division III this season (thru games of 11/1). He notched a trio of touchdowns on the ground, covering 18, 24 and 23 yards, respectively. The previous ODAC record for single-game rushing yards was 310 set by former Emory & Henry standout Oliver Jordan in 1998. Delaney added two catches for 11 yards and another score, giving him an SU record four touchdowns for the game. His 332 all-purpose yards are the most this season in the ODAC and the ninth-highest total in ODAC single-game history. For the season, Delaney leads the ODAC with 1,174 rushing yards and a 130.4 yards per game average. He's run the ball 179 times this season, second-most in the conference, and averages 6.6 yards per rush.

Ikwild, a senior from Philomont, Va., played a major part in the Tigers 28-26 victory over Randolph-Macon in the 119th edition of "The Game." Ikwild made 17 total tackles on the day, including six solo stops. His biggest tackle proved to be his last. After the Yellow Jackets scored a touchdown with 1:35 to play, H-SC led 28-26. R-MC had two shots at a two-point conversion thanks to a Tigers facemask penalty. Ikwild came up big on the second attempt, standing up R-MC back Will McGhee short of the goal line to preserve H-SC's lead. The win secured the ODAC title for the Tigers and a berth in the NCAA Tournament. Ikwild currently sits fourth in the league with 89 total tackles. His 48 solo stops are sixth in the conference.

Pawlowski, a sophomore from Greensboro, N.C., picks up his second weekly award of the season after leading Guilford to an improbable comeback against Emory & Henry. The Quakers trailed 31-0 as late as midway thru the third quarter before Pawlowski and the Guilford offense caught fire. He tossed four touchdown passes, including the game-winner to Adam Smith from 42-yards out with 19.7 seconds to play in GC's 35-31 win. Pawlowski, who threw for 358 yards and four touchdowns on 37-of-52 passing on the day, was 25-of-32 for 270 yards in the final 30 minutes. His 37 completions are a career-best and rank 10th in school history. Pawlowski finished the season with 2,373 yards thru the air, completing 61.7-percent (190-of-308) of his passes. He currently leads the ODAC with 24 touchdown passes, the fifth-highest mark in school history. He threw just three interceptions.

Forney, a junior from Newton, N.C., helped the Wasps to a 37-20 win at Shenandoah on Saturday, moving Emory & Henry back over .500 at 5-4 overall. Forney notched a season-high 16 tackles, including eight solo stops, to move him into solo second with 83 total tackles in the ODAC. One of his stops came with 15-seconds remaining in the first half as he stopped SU's running back at the 1-yard line on fourth-and-goal to preserve E&H's 28-14 halftime lead. Forney also had one of three interceptions by the Wasps defense. His pick came in the fourth quarter with Shenandoah at the E&H 33-yard line trailing 30-20. Seven plays later, E&H scored the game's final touchdown towards the 37-20 win. In addition to ranking second in total tackles, Forney is second in assisted stops (41) and tied for first in interceptions (3) and fumble recoveries (3).

Montgomery, a sophomore from Fulton, Md., put together a five-touchdown day in leading the Cardinals to a 38-29 win over Guilford, which put CUA back over the .500 at 5-4 overall on the year. Montgomery was a dual threat under center, throwing for 180 yards and four touchdowns while also leading Catholic in rushing with 129 yards and another score on the ground. Montgomery kicked off the game's scoring with a 4-yard touchdown pass to Alex Evans that capped a 16-play 73-yard opening drive. He also connected on touchdown passes with Nick Cortese, Mike Pitsenberger and Andrew Ouellette, with the latter covering 37-yards. He and Ouellette teamed up for 12 receptions and 117 yards. Montgomery notched the game's final touchdown with 2:20 to play, increasing CUA's lead from three to nine points. Montgomery has completed 62.3-percent of his passes (114-of-183) for 1,060 yards and 12 touchdowns this season.

Burse, a junior from Charlotte, N.C., helped the Wasps stifle Guilford's offense in the final 40 minutes of the game. After surrendering 10 points to go down 10-0, the Wasps kept Guilford off the scoreboard for the remainder of the contest. Burse made two plays in the end zone to aid in that effort. He made his first play on fourth down from the E&H 23-yard line in the first quarter. With E&H already trailing 7-0, Burse broke up a pass in the Wasps' end zone to keep the score where it was. With just seconds left on the first half clock and E&H leading 16-10, Burse came up big again as he intercepted the GC quarterback in the end zone and returned it 27 yards to preserve the Wasps advantage at halftime. Burse finished the day with five passes defensed in addition to seven tackles (five solo) and a half-tackle for a loss of two yards.

Boden, a junior from Knoxville, Tenn., led the Wasps to 38 unanswered points as Emory & Henry recovered from an early 10 deficit to post a season-closing 38-10 win over Guilford on Saturday. Boden completed 22-of-35 passes for 323 yards and four touchdowns. He also ran for 65 yards on six carries, including a 38-yard burst to setup his final touchdown pass of the day. His 388 yards of total offense are the sixth-best by an E&H player all-time, and it helped the Wasps to their first 500-plus yard day since October 30, 2004, against Catholic. Boden connected with 10 different receivers on the day, firing touchdown passes to Lucas Kirby, Sam Edmonds, Cleo Cooper and Brandon Terry. Boden finishes the season second in the ODAC in passing yardage (2,511) and passing touchdowns (18).

Stevenson, a sophomore from Roselle, N.J., helped lead the Quakers to a 26-10 win over Catholic on Saturday. Stevenson finished one tackle short of the team-high with seven stops in addition to a pair of interceptions to give him four on the season, tied atop the ODAC with Shenandoah's Brandon Martin and Washington and Lee's Jake Pelton. Stevenson is the first Quaker since 2009 to record a pair of interceptions in one game. Each of his four interceptions have come in the past five games. On Saturday against CUA, Stevenson's first interception put an end to a Cardinal's drive at the GC five-yard line. His second pick came with just under two minutes to play to help seal the Quakers' fifth victory of the season, their most since 2007. Stevenson was also busy on special teams as he set up Guilford's first touchdown with a 31-yard punt return just before halftime. He also had a 27-yard kick-off return.

Heinsohn, a senior from Charlottesville, Va., helped the Generals post a 45-42 win over Hampden-Sydney that took four overtimes to decide, marking the longest game in Washington and Lee football history. It also clinched the 2012 ODAC football title for Washington and Lee. Heinsohn, W&L's lead running back and place-kicker, registered a school-record and ODAC all-time second-best 33 points as he ran for four touchdowns, recorded a two-point conversion, made four extra-point attempts, and booted the game-winning 37-yard field goal. The four touchdowns give Heinsohn 21 on the season, while the 33 points improve his season-total to 176, which eclipses the ODAC single-season record of 164 set by Hampden-Sydney's Josh Simpson in 2007. Heinsohn carried the ball 35 times for 192 yards in Saturday's win, increasing his season total to an ODAC-best 1,153 yards. His 192 yards was a part of a 451-yard rushing day for W&L. The Generals are now 15-0 when they run for more than 400 yards over the last three years.

Sproles, a junior from Norton, Va., picks up his second weekly award of the season after helping the Wasps to a 30-6 year-ending win over Guilford. Sproles was second on the unit with nine tackles, but he also had a sack and broke up pass. His biggest contribution came in the form of three interceptions, which tied for sixth in the ODAC single-game record books with several individuals. The last time an ODAC athlete intercepted three passes in a game was in 2007 when Catholic's Nick Olivero turned the trick. Sproles intercepted one pass in each of the second, third and fourth quarters against the Quakers, with his final takeaway leading to a Wasps' touchdown.

Scruggs, a senior from Fredericksburg, Va., helped Randolph-Macon to a season-ending win over Hampden-Sydney in the 117th playing of "The Game" in Ashland on Saturday. Scruggs helped lead a rushing attack that churned out 301 yards and an offense that posted 48 points and 567 yards on a Tigers' team that had not yet lost in the ODAC. Scruggs averaged 8.1 yards per rush on just 16 carries and he burst for 130 yards and a pair of touchdowns. He set up his second score with a 60-yard dash on a screen pass. For the season, Scruggs is currently third in the ODAC with 911 rushing yards and 12 touchdowns on 190 carries (4.8 average).

Stevenson, a freshman from Roselle, N.J., helped Guilford to its first ODAC victory since the 2009 season with a 34-27 win over Catholic on Saturday. Stevenson returned an interception 55 yards for a touchdown late in the second quarter of the Quakers' road victory, which tied the game at 20-20 entering the second half after Catholic had gone ahead, 20-6, 20 seconds into the second quarter. He also had seven tackles (3 solo), which ranked second on the team, and posted half a TFL. Stevenson’s touchdown was his second this season, tops among Quakers’ defenders, and his two interceptions also lead the team.

Lane, a senior from Richmond, Va., controlled the offensive tempo and helped lead the Tigers to 42 points and 446 yards of total offense in H-SC's 42-35 win over Washington and Lee to clinch the 2011 ODAC title and a spot in the NCAA Division III Football Tournament. Lane also did not turn the ball over for the second consecutive game. On the day, he was 21-of-33 for 331 yards and four touchdowns. He started the game going 3-for-5 for 57 yards and a 29-yard touchdown pass on the Tigers’ first drive. On the next scoring drive, he was a perfect 3-for-3 throwing for 75 yards, including a 42-yard strike to Sean Cavanagh. In the second half, Lane maintained the Tigers' tempo on the first drive with a 3-for-3 series for 64 yards and a 15-yard touchdown pass to Kyle Vance.

Ikwild, a senior from Philomont, Va., led the Tigers with a game-high 12 tackles. His seven assisted stops were also a game-high. Ikwild help hold Randolph-Macon's top-rated scoring offense in the ODAC (43.1 ppg going into the contest) to 28 points while making key stops to help the Tigers win. Ikwild's play of the game, however, came in the third quarter when he intercepted an R-MC pass with H-SC leading 21-14. Ikwild stopped a Yellow Jackets’ drive with an interception on the Hampden-Sydney 39-yard line. He then returned it 35 yards to the Randolph-Macon 26-yard line. With the field position, the Tigers were able to punch it into the end zone and make it a two-possession game.

Driskell, a senior from Ruther Glen, Va., saved his best for last in the 2010 regular season finale against Catholic. Driskell was 20-of-23 for 274 yards and four touchdowns. Driskell completed 17 straight passes along the way, setting a Bridgewater school record for consecutive completions and a career-high with four touchdown passes. The senior trigger man also scored from one-yard out on a quarterback keeper, accounting for all five Eagles touchdowns on the day. Driskell and favored receiver Tyler Beiler connected on three passing scores, giving the duo 16 for the season. Driskell also connected with Nick Wimer to open the game’s scoring.

Hartford, a junior from Pittsburgh, Pa., helped lead Washington and Lee to the ODAC title against Hampden-Sydney by spearheading a defensive effort that included five turnovers and five sacks. Hartford notched six tackles (5 solo) and a pair of interceptions in a 38-27 win over the Tigers. Both takeaways were in the second half and well inside W&L’s defensive half of the field. The latter pick came at the Generals’ one-yard line as the Tigers tried to mount a comeback in the fourth quarter. For the year, Hartford has 35 tackles, six pass breakups and three interceptions.

Beiler, a senior from Ronks, Pa., earns his second weekly award of the season. Beiler set the single-season and single-game receiving records for Bridgewater with eight catches for 218 yards and two scores in Bridgewater's 31-26 victory over Randolph-Macon. Beiler's 218 yards surpassed the previous record held by Beiler and Marcus Richardson of 217 yards. Beiler's effort also gives him 1,217 yards on the season, which now leads the ODAC and is the new single-season receiving standard for the Eagles. The Ronks, Pa. native had 201 yards in the first half alone, with touchdown receptions of 70 and 78 yards in the process.
