Carrie Jacobs, Randolph-Macon, Sr., Defender

Jacobs, a senior from Orange, Va., helped the Yellow Jackets to a pair of ODAC wins last week.  Jacobs came forward from her defensive position to notch three goals and two assists on the week with a game-winning tally mixed in.  She opened the week with a hand in three of R-MC's five goals in a 5-1 win over Virginia Wesleyan.  She scored once and dished out a pair of assists.  Over the weekend, Jacobs opened the game's scoring with a third-minute goal, and then deposited the game-deciding goal in the 46th minute for a 3-2 Yellow Jackets victory over Washington and Lee.  For the season, Jacobs is tied for third in the ODAC with 28 points and 12 goals scored.

Field Hockey Honor Roll

Taylor Prillaman, Bridgewater (Fr., A - Magnolia, Del.)
Prillaman had a 10-point week in the Eagles two ODAC wins.  She scored twice and dished out an assist in a 7-2 win at EMU.  She followed that with the same stat line in a 5-0 triumph at Sweet Briar.  She's tied for third in the ODAC in points (28) and goals (12).

Jenessa Derstine, Eastern Mennonite (Sr., A - Harleysville, Pa.)
Derstine recorded assists on both EMU's goals in a 7-2 loss to Bridgewater.  She followed that with two goals and two helpers in a 5-0 triumph over Ferrum.  She leads the ODAC with 10 assists.

Kelsey Link, Lynchburg (Sr., A - Spotsylvania, Va.)
Link scored twice in the Hornets 4-1 win at Virginia Welseyan.  LC also defeated Sweet Briar, 6-0.  Link is tied for the ODAC lead with 30 points and second with 13 goals.

Presha Merritt, Shenandoah (Jr., M - Stafford, Va.)
Merritt scored the game-winner in the Hornets 2-1 win over Roanoke in SU's only game of the week.
