Emily Matisons, Bridgewater, Fr, Forward

Matisons, a freshman from Perth, Australia, picks up her second weekly award of the season after helping to lead Bridgewater to a pair of ODAC victories last week. Twice she hit for game-winners, including the deciding goal in a 3-2 win at cross-town rival Eastern Mennonite. Matisons then had a hand in all four Eagles' goals against Virginia Wesleyan, opening the game's scoring with the first of three tallies while adding an assist.  For the season, Matisons is tied for first in the ODAC in assists (7), fourth in points (29) and fourth in goals scored (11).

Field Hockey Honor Roll

Emily Price, Eastern Mennonite (Fr. - M)
Price scored four times and dished out an assist in the Royals 1-2 week. She scored three goals and assisted on a fourth in a 6-2 win over Transylvania. She then added a tally in a 3-2 setback to Bridgewater.

Nicole Simpao, Lynchburg (So. - F)
Simpao helped LC to a pair of ODAC wins last week. She scored the third goal for a 3-1 lead in what would become a 3-2 triumph over Shenandoah. She then scored twice with an assist in a 6-0 victory at Randolph-Macon.

Victoria Cappadora, Randolph-Macon (Jr. - M)
Cappadora scored twice in the Yellow Jackets 4-2 win over Feerum, breaking a 2-2 tied with her second tally.

Shelbi Holloman, Roanoke (Sr. - F)
Holloman scored twice in the Maroons' 4-3 win at Shenandoah, including the game-winner in overtime.

Asiah Allen, Virginia Wesleyan (Sr. - M)
Allen posted her first multi-goal game with three goals in a 12-0 victory over Sweet Briar.

Maggie Waxter, Washington and Lee (Sr. - F)
Waxter assisted on a goal in a 3-1 win at Roanoke and then added three goals for her sixth career hat trick in a 6-1 win over Eastern Mennonite. She now is second all-time at W&L with 44 goals scored.
