Dozier, a freshman from Manakin Sabot, Va., started off his collegiate career with a bang as he won individual medalist honors at the season-opening Shenandoah Invitational at the Winchester Country Club in Winchester, Va. Dozier completed two rounds on the par 72 6,806-yard track in 4-over par 148 (73-75) to win by one stroke over Randolph-Macon's Scott Hellmuth and Newport News Apprentice golfer Ben Hunter. Dozier's first round 73 tied for with Hunter's opening-18 tally as the low-round of the tournament.

Hellmuth paced the Yellow Jackets to the team title at the
Shenandoah Invitational to open the 2012-13 campaign.
Hellmuth posted a two-round total of 149 (74-75) to finish
4-over par and in second place one stroke back of the lead.

Judy placed sixth at the season-opening Shenandoah Invitational
with a two round score of 155 (75-80) to finish 11-over par.
