Cheng, a junior from Virginia Beach, Va., picks up her second weekly honor in as many weeks as she won the McDaniel Invitational over the weekend. Cheng fired a 2-over par 74 to win the event by four strokes over teammate Shelby Estes. In two tournaments this season, Cheng has a runner-up finish and an individual title while lowering her per-round average to 76.3. Her efforts helped Hollins win the team title by five strokes over Gettysburg. Cheng and Estes were the only two golfers to break 80 in the field.

Warring carded a +23, 167 on the par 72, 6,179 yard Draper
Valley Golf Course to lead the way for the Bridgewater Eagles
women's golfers at the Radford Invitational. Warring's 23-over
performance was good enough for 32nd place overall in a field of
primarily Division I golfers in the rare 36-hole, single-day
tournament. After the opening round, Warring was in 35th place in
the field with a +13, 85. Warring shot a final round of 10-over to
move up three places on the individual leaderboard.
