Gross a freshman from Archdale, N.C., placed third at the rain shortened Emory Spring Invitational, finishing just one shot off the lead.  His two-under par 70 awarded him a top-10 finish for the sixth time this season as he bested 78 other golfers in the 82-man field.  His efforts helped lead the Quakers to a second place team showing at seven-over par 295.  Gross is currently ranked 13th in NCAA Division III by Golfstat, while the Quakers hold down the sixth slot in the team standings.

Men's Golf Honor Roll

Kyle Fuller, Randolph-Macon (Jr. - Richmond, Va.)
Fuller as the top ODAC finisher at the Marlin Invitational at Red Wing Lake G.C. last week.  He tied for second, four shots off the lead with a nine-over par 153 following rounds of 79 and 74 on the 7,124-yard par-72 track.  His 74 in round two was the best of the round.

Brennan Lloyd, Shenanodoah (Fr. - Waynesboro, Va.)
Lloyd placed fourth at the Marlin Invitational, posting a 13-over 157 following rounds of 78 and 79.
