Cheng, a senior from Virginia Beach, Va., bested the field at the Generals Duel hosted by Washington and Lee.  She posted a five-over par 77 at the Lexington Golf and Country Club, besting teammate and second-place finisher Shannon Ciccarello by six strokes.  Cheng currently owns a 78.4 average thru 10 rounds played this season.

Women's Golf Honor Roll

Marin Warring, Bridgewater (So. - Williamsburg, Va.)
Warring finished second at the Stevenson Spring Invitational, posted a 27-over par 171 following two rounds at the Piney Branch Golf Course.  She improved nine shots from round one to rounds two, posting an 81 over the final 18 holes.  Her efforts helped BC to a second place team finish (747).

Olivia Bowling, Randolph-Macon (So. - Charlotte Hall, Md.)
Bowling placed 12th at the Methodist Spring Invitational, posting a 23-over par 167 to lead R-MC to a fourth place team showing (707).  She carded rounds of 87 and 80 on a pair of courses playing at better than 5,800 yards.

Rachael Wright, Washington and Lee (So. - Roanoke, Va.)
Wright finished third at the Generals Duel, carding a 13-over 85 to lead Washington and Lee's contingent at the Lexington Golf and Country Club.
