Palmer, a sophomore from Kernersville, N.c., earned all-tournament honors at the Emory Spring Invitational as helped lead the Quakers to a tie for third in a field that feature seven of the top-25 teams in the latest Golfstat.com NCAA Division III ratings.  Palmer finished sixth overall, posting a pair of 73's to finish at two-over 146 at the Barnsley Gardens Resort.  It was the fourth top-10 showing for Palmer this season.  He lowered his stroke average to 74.6, which sits fourth in the conference.  Guilford posted a 606 (301-305) to tie with LaGrange College.
