Lloyd, a sophomore from Waynesboro, Va., won his first collegiate tournament as he claimed individual medalist honors at the Tom Kinder Memorial. Lloyd was one of three players to finish under-par as he fired rounds of 69 and 70 to post a five-under score of 139 to win by one stroke. The 69 tied for the low-round of the tournament. His efforts helped SU to a sixth-place finish in the team standings.

Luke Hill, Bridgewater (Fr. -
Powhatan, Va.)
Hill placed fourth overall at one-over 145 (76-69) in his first
collegiate outing, helping Bridgewater to second place at the Tom
Kinder Memorial. The 69 in round two tied for the low-round
of the tournament.
Brian Burt, Hampden-Sydney
(Sr. - Holt, Mich.)
Burt was one of three players to finish under-par at the Tom
Kinder Memorial. He posted rounds of 71 and 70 to finish
third at three-under par. His efforts helped H-SC tie for
third in the team standings.
Ned Jensen, Lynchburg (Sr. - San Francisco,
Calif.)
Jensen paced the Hornets at the Tom Kinder Memorial,
tying for fifth overall at two-over 146. He carded rounds of
74 and 72.
Kyle Fuller, Randolph-Macon (Sr. - Richmond, Va.)
Fuller was the runner-up at the Tom Kinder Memorial,
carding rounds of 69 and 71 for a four-under 140, just one stroke
off the lead. He was one of only three players under par for
the tournament, and was tied for the lead following his opening
round 69. He helped R-MC tie for third in the team ranks.
Evan Cox, Virginia Wesleyan (Fr. - Ashland, Ky.)
Cox paced the Marlins in their first two events of
the season. At the Transylvania Fall Invitational, Cox tied
for 35th at 11-over 155 (78-77). He improved on those marks
in his second collegiate appearance at the Tom Kinder Memorial.
He finished tied for 19th at five-over par 149. He
rebouned from a seven-over 79 in round one to carded a two-under 70
on day two.
