Bruce Shober, Hampden-Sydney, Fr.

Shober, a freshman from Appomattox, Va., made the most of his second collegiate appearance by picking up his first medalist honor and leading Hampden-Sydney to the team title at the Shenandoah Invitational. Shober won the event by four strokes after posting rounds of 71 and 70 on the 6,367-yard par-71 layout at Winchester Country Club in Winchester, Va.  His efforts helped the Tigers post rounds of 286 and 297 for a 15-over 583. H-SC has not shot a team round above 299 in four rounds this season.

Luke Hill, Bridgewater (Jr.)
Hill led the Eagles at the Shenandoah Invitational, tying for 10th overall with rounds of 77 and 74 for a 9-over 151.  He helped BC tie for fifth in the team standings.

Carlos Andrade, Emory & Henry (Fr.)
Andrade led the Wasps in their first tournament of the season at the Shenandoah Invitational, which also marked the program's return to competition since going on hiatus following the 2007-08 campaign. Andrade carded rounds of 72 and 79 to tie for 10th overall at 9-over 151.  E&H chimed in 13th as a team.

Kendall Dunn, Guilford (Sr.)
Dunn tied for sixth at the NCAA D3 Preview, helping the Quakers to third among 18 teams at the Mission Inn Golf & Tennis Resort. He opened with rounds of 71 and 81 before making seven birdies on the way to a career-low 67, the low round of the final 18 holes. He finished at 3-over par 219.

Andrew Butts, Roanoke (Sr.)
Butts tied for eighth at the Shenandoah Invitational, helping Roanoke to 12th in the team standings. Butts carded rounds of 71 and 78 for a 7-over 149.

Lance Wheeler, Virginia Wesleyan (Fr.)
Wheeler tied for eighth at the Shenandoah Invitational, following up a first round 80 with a season-low 69 for the best round of the final 18 holes. He finished at 7-over 149, helping VWC to fourth in the team standings.
