Chappell-Dick, a senior from Bluffton, Ohio, picks up her second straight weekly honor after posting a national top-five time for in yet another event.  Aftern establishing NCAA Division III's 10th-best time in the 800-meter run a week ago, Chappell-Dick bettered that mark by nearly three seconds in winning the event at the Crusader Challenge.  Her new school-record time now sits at 2:13.42, just 0.01 seconds faster than her own previous EMU standard.  It ranks fourth in the country.  Chappell-Dick also ran a leg of the fourth place 4x400-meter relay team that chimed in at 4:15.34.

Women's Indoor Track - Track Events Weekly Honor Roll

Sarah Cullum, Bridgewater (Sr. - Mid-Distance)
Cullum placed 26th in the mile run at the Crusader Challenge with a new personal season-best time of 5:55.23.

Kerri Dalton, Roanoke (Jr. - Mid-Distance/Distance)
Dalton set new personal-bests in both the mile and 5,000-meter runs at the Vince Brown Invitational.  She took over the top spot in the ODAC in the 5,000m with a winning time of 18:39.34.  She also placed 10th in the mile in 5:26.28.

Shamyra Wilkerson, Shenandoah (Fr. - Manquin, Va.)
Wilkerson competed in all three sprints at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational  She was seventh in the 60m dash in 0:08.05, eighth in the 200m dash in 0:26.37, and ninth in the 400m dash in 1:02.85.  Those marks rank fourth, third and fifth in the ODAC, respectively.  Her 60m and 200m times set new school standards.

Marissa Coombs, Virginia Wesleyan (So. - Mid-Distance)
Coombs improved upon her already season-best time in the mile run at the Vince Brown Invitational by eight seconds.  She won the event in 5:00.68, which ranks ninth in NCAA Division III and tops the ODAC charts.
