Burke McManus, Roanoke, Fr. Goalkeeper

McManus, a freshman from Baltimore, Md., helped the Maroons to a pair of conference wins that included a victory over previous ODAC unbeaten Washington and Lee, propelling Roanoke to the top the ODAC standings.  McManus stopped 27 shots and registered a 64.3 save percentage in a full 120 minutes of action in front of RC's cage. He opened with eight saves and a 57.1-percent save mark in a 14-6 victory over Bridgewater.  He followed that with season-high 19 saves and a 67.9 save percentage in a 14-9 triumph over the Generals. It marked his seventh game with a 60.0-percent or better save percentage this season. Five of his save against W&L came in the first quarter and allowed RC to build a 6-0 cushion after the first 15 minutes.  For the season, McManus leads the ODAC with a 58.4 save percentage.  He's fifth with 142 saves and his 101 goals allowed are second amongst keepers with 600 minutes of field action or more.

Fiore scored three goals and dished out three assists in Guilford's 23-11 loss at Lynchburg, its lone contest of the week.

Aaron Murphy, Lynchburg (Sr. - Att.)
Murphy helped the Hornets to a victory in their lone contest of the week as he scored seven goals and added two assists in a 23-11 triumph over Guilford.

Miles Muncie, Randolph-Macon (So. - Mid.)
Muncie led Randolph-Macon with 10 points in the Yellow Jackets 1-1 week.  He scored three times and dished out an assist with five ground balls and two caused turnovers in a 16-12 setback to Virginia Wesleyan. He followed tha twith four goals and two assists in a 15-4 victory over Shenandoah. He picked up three ground balls and caused another miscue in that contest.
