A.J. Witherell, Washington and Lee, Jr., Attack

Witherell, a junior from Wilmington, Del., registered seven points in the Generals 12-10 victory over nationally 11th-ranked Franklin & Marshall on Saturday. Witherell scored five times and dished out three assists. Two of his goals came within the first minute of the contest on the way to four goals and a helper before the break. He also picked up six ground balls and caused a turnover in the contest, helping W&L snap a three-game losing skid to F&M. For the season, Witherell leads the ODAC in points (24) with the second-best marks for goals scored (15) and assists (9).

Men's Lacrosse Honor Roll

Blake Mann, BC: scored five times and dished out two assists with a ground ball in the Eagles 27-6 pasting of William Peace.

Will Forrestal, GC: was strong with the long pole in two wins for the Quakers. Came away with seven ground balls and a caused turnover in an 8-4 win at Methodist. Had a career-high eight ground balls with five caused turnovers in a 15-6 victory over Westminster (Pa.).

Kevin Rogers, LC: scored three times and caused a turnover in the Hornets 15-11 setback to York (Pa.).

Colin DiSesa, R-MC: scored twice and dished out two assists in a 5-3 neutral site victory over Haverford College.

Iv Stucker, RC: handed out three assists and picked up a ground ball in the Maroons 12-9 win over Eastern. Scored four goals and helped out on another with a ground ball in an 11-10 setback at Denison.
