Ian Davies, Roanoke, Jr., Goalkeeper

Davies, a junior from Ambler, Pa., combined for 35 saves in a pair of wins for nationally 18th-ranked Roanoke, including a top-20 matchup. Davies opened with 16 saves in the Maroons 9-8 victory over nationally 15th-ranked Christopher Newport. He registered 10 of his saves in the second half as Roanoke outscored CNU, 6-3, to erase a 5-3 halftime deficit. Davies was back in front of net in the Maroons 13-11 triumph over Lynchburg. He registered 19 saves for the contest, including seven in the a second quarter in which RC outscored LC, 5-1. He also came away with eight second-half stops, including five in the final frame. For the season, Davies leads the ODAC in both saves (135) and save percentage (.587).

Men's Lacrosse Honor Roll

Eric Husselbaugh, BC: registered four goals and dished out two assists with two ground balls and two caused turnovers in the Eagles 14-9 victory over Guilford.

Trammel Robinson, LC: scored three times and picked up two ground balls in a 13-11 setback at Roanoke.

Kyle Keepers, R-MC: scored three times in a 12-1 win over Marymount (Va.) and added five goals with two assists in a 17-1 win over Virginia Wesleyan.

Michael Brooks, SU: scored six goals and dished out an assist in the Hornets 14-3 victory at Randolph.

A.J. Witherell, W&L: moved into seventh place on W&L's points list (197) with seven points on four goals and three assists in a 15-10 win over Hampden-Sydney. Added three ground balls and two caused turnovers.
