Abibi Osman, Lynchburg, So., Forward

Osman, a sophomore from Charlottesville, Va., was the man in the spotlight in both Lynchburg's victories over the weekend. Osman registered eight total points on four goals over the two contests. He struck for a hat-trick as the nationally 20th-ranked Hornets scored four second-half goals to complete a 4-3 comeback victory over Dickinson. Osman's second goal in the 55th-minute lit up the highlight reels as he popped up a cross off his chest and completed a bicycle into the upper-far corner. On Saturday, Osman slipped a tight-angle shot past the Christopher Newport keeper in the far corner in the 98th minute to secure a 1-0 win over the Captains. Osman currently leads the ODAC in points (12) and tied atop the league in goals scored (5).
