Dylan Ritch, Washington and Lee, Sr., Forward

Ritch, a senior from Mint Hill, N.C., put together a big week in leading Washington and Lee to a trio of ODAC victories that extends the Generals winning streak to 10 straight contests. W&L now stands atop the conference table with 25 points (8-0-1). Ritch found the net twice in a game on two separate occasions last week, including in a 6-1 triumph at Guilford. He again scored twice with one run-of-play tally and a converted penalty kick in a 3-0 victory at Bridgewater. Ritch was the man in the spotlight in the final game of the week as he smacked a shot off the post and into the net in the 37th minute for a 1-0 victory at Roanoke. For the season, Ritch leads the ODAC in assists (8), is third in points (24), and fourth in goals scored (8).
