Dylan Ritch, Washington and Lee, Sr., Forward

Ritch, a senior from Mint Hill, N.C., picks up his second straight weekly honor after posting a seven-point week in two wins for the Generals. The victories extend Washington and Lee's unbeaten streak to a program-record tying 12 games. In the regular season finale against Eastern Mennonite, Ritch scored once and dished out an assist in a 3-0 victory. The win locked up the top seed in the ODAC tournament. In Sunday's quarterfinal matchup with eighth-seeded Virginia Wesleyan, Ritch scored both goals in a 2-0 W&L triumph. Both were on set pieces as he converted a penalty kick in the 79th minute and then buried a 20-yard free kick in the 82nd minute. Ritch currently leads the ODAC in points (31) and assists (9) and is tied for third in goals scored (11).
