Adam Rosemblaum, Virginia Wesleyan, Fr., No. 4 Singles, No. 1/2 Doubles

Rosemblaum, a freshman from Herzelya, Israel, went 5-0 last week to help the Marlins to a trio of team victories, including two against ODAC competition.  In an 8-1 win over Randolph-Macon, Rosemblaum won 6-1, 6-1, at #4 singles and joined teammate Drew Tomajczyk for a 9-7 triumph at #2 doubles.  He and Graham Wilson were victorious at #1 doubles, 8-0, in a 7-0 victory over Maryland-Eastern Shore.  He and Wilson teammed up for a second 8-0 from the top doubles flight against Lynchburg, while Rosemblaum won 6-0, 6-0, at #4 singles to help VWC to a 9-0 win over the Hornets.  He has now won his last six singles matches in straight sets and is on a five-matching doubles winning streak.

Men's Tennis Honor Roll

Brandon Larsen, Bridgewater (Sr. - Woodbridge, Va.)
Larsen led BC to a 5-0 team win over Hampden-Sydney.  He won 6-2, 6-0 at #1 singles and then joined Thomas Rishcoff in winning 8-4 at #2 doubles.

Turner Votipka, Guilford (Sr. - Nashville, N.C.)
Votipka won 6-0, 6-2, at #1 singles and joined Erik Meiler for an 8-4 win at #1 doubles in the Quakers 8-1 team win over Emory & Henry.

Doug Corbett, Randolph (So. - Charlottesville, Va.)
Corbet won 6-2, 6-3 at #5 singles and joined Bradley Strober for an 8-5 win at #3 doubles in the WildCats 5-4 win over Roanoke.  Randolph has won four straight matches for the first time in program history and is one win shy of the program record.

John Adam, Randolph-Macon (Jr. - Vienna, Va.)
Adam won twice at #3 singles, getting a 6-2, 6-3, victory over Virginia Wesleyan and a 6-1, 6-2, triumph over D-II Virginia Union.  He and Connor Hoerr lost 9-7 at #2 doubles to the Marlins, but rebounded for an 8-1 win against VUU.
