Coombs, a junior from Newton, N.J., strengthened her hold on the ODAC's top time in the 1,500-meter run at the New Captains Classic and Combined Events at Christopher Newport University. Coombs finished fourth overall in the event with a time of 4:33.15 to top the ODAC ranks by nearly four seconds. That time is also fifth in NCAA Division III.
