O'Connor, a junior from Henrico, Va., picks up his second weekly award of the season after a strong outing at the Colonial Relays hosted by the College of William & Mary. O'Connor registered a new personal-best outdoor clearance in the pole vault as he cleared the bar at 4.68 meters (15-4.25) to finish third overall and first among Division III competitors in the event. That mark is nearly a half-meter taller than the next closest ODAC competitor and ranks 10th in the country. O'Connor also took a turn in the 110-meter hurdles and finished sixth in 15.56 seconds, his second-best time in the event this spring.
