Taylor, a graduate student from Pottstown, Pa., picks up her first ODAC outdoor weekly honor after setting a new Royals record in the heptathlon at the Bison Outdoor Classic hosted by Bucknell University. Taylor collected an ODAC season-high 4,824 points to win the seven-event discipline, the fourth most in Division III. It would have placed her fifth in the qualifying list last season. Taylor won three events including the shot put at 11.93 meters (39-1.75), high jump at 1.75 meters (5-1.75), and long jump at 5.31 meters (17-5.25). She placed second in two events -- javelin at 35.37 meters (116-0.00) and 200-meter dash at 26.23 seconds -- ranked fourth in the 800-meter run at 2:28.48, and finished fourth in the 100-meter hurdles at 15.68 seconds. Her shot put distance is #1 in the ODAC and her high jump clearance is third in the league.
