Smith, a first-year from Lively, Va., is now the owner of the two-best 800-meter run times in the conference this after competing at the Wake Forest Invitational over the weekend. In a field full of Division I runners, Smith finished third overall in the event at 2:16.10. It is the second-fastest time in the ODAC to her own mark of 2:14.33 from last week at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic. Her new time would still rank inside of Division III's top-50.
