Reath, a junior from Williamsburg, Va., went 3-0 in three starts last week, helping Eastern Mennonite to a 6-0 week overall. Reath registered a pair of complete games as she racked up 18.1 innings and gave up just two runs on nine hits. In a 2-0 victory over Wilkes, she worked 5.1 shutout frames allowing two hits and walking two with a pair of strikeouts. Reath then notched her first complete game of the week, going a full seven innings in a 3-1 win over Medaille. She gave up one run on five hits with a walk and five strikeouts. Reath was perfect thru five innings in a 9-1 victory in six innings over Eureka. She worked all six, giving up one run on two hits in the final frame, the only baserunners and run she allowed. She struck out five batters. For the season, Reath is 4-3 in seven appearances including six starts. She owns a 1.67 earned run average with 21 strikeouts in 37.2 innings of work.

Softball Pitcher of the Week Honor Roll

Brook Louden, BC: went 2-0 in three appearances last week with two complete game victories. Gave up eight runs (two earned) on nine hits without a walk and five strikeouts in a 9-8 victory over Bluffton. Again went the distance in a 3-2 win over Misericordia, giving up two runs (one earned) on seven hits with a walk and five strikeouts. Worked an inning in a 7-0 loss to Muskingum, striking out a pair.

Katie McNeill, GC: went 4.0 frames to get the win in a 10-2 decision over Southern Virginia. Gave up two runs (one earned) on six hits with a walk and a strikeout. Picked up a save in an 8-7 win over Averett, giving up an unearned run on one hit with a walk and a strikeout in one inning in the circle.

Conner English, LC: went 2-0 in three starts, working 18.0 innings with two complete game victories. Gave up three runs on five hits with four strikeouts in 4.0 innings towards a no decision in a 6-5 setback to Salisbury. Went the distance in a 4-2 win over Immaculata, giving up two runs (one earned) on seven hits with a walk and nine strikeouts. Against worked a full seven frames in a 6-3 win over Rochester, giving up three unearned runs on six hits with two walks and six punchouts.

Lindsey Chaney, RAND: went 1-2 in three starts last week, working 16.0 frames with 20 strikeouts. She went 3.0 innings for the win in an 8-0 triumph over Cedar Crest. Gave up one hit and walked two with six strikeouts. In a 3-0 loss to William Peace, gave up three runs (one earned) on four hits with a walk and seven strikeouts in 6.0 innings. In a 2-1 setback to Wilson, surrendered two runs on five hits with four walks and seven more punchouts in 7.0 frames.

Candace Whittemore, R-MC: went 2-0 in pair of starts last week. Went 4.0 frames giving up just one hit with eight strikeouts in an 11-0 whitewashing of Keuka. Worked 5.0 innings in an 11-2 win over Manhattanville, giving up two runs on five hits with a walk and two strikeouts.

Teresa Wagner, RC: went 2-1 in five appearances including four starts with one complete game last week. Got the win, 12-5, in game one against Pfeiffer, giving up five runs (four earned) on eight hits with a walk and two strikeouts. Worked 1.1 innings in game two, giving up a hit in a 10-4 setback. Toed the rubber for six innings in a no decision in a 5-4 loss to Ferrum. Surrendered four runs on nine hits with three walks and a punchout. Picked up her second win in a 13-1 triumph over Penn College, working 4.0 shutout innings giving up three hits and a walk with four strikeouts. Took the loss, 2-0, after seven frames against Frostburg State. Gave up two runs on nine hits with three walks and six strikeouts.
