Whittemore, a junior from Montpelier, Va., put together a 3-0 week in three starts, including her first career no-hitter. That came in her final appearance of the week as she helped the Yellow Jackets blank Norwich, 8-0. She worked all five innings of the shortened affair for nationally 12th-ranked Randolph-Macon, surrendering just one walk and fanning eight. She helped herself by going 3-for-3 with two RBI at the dish. Whittemore's other two victories came against #23 Emory University and Gettysburg College. She gave up six hits in both outings, but limited each to just one run. She had to put in extra work in the 2-1 win over EU. In eight full frames, she didn't walk a batter and punched out six Eagles. Whittemore increased her strikeout total to nine in her third complete game of the week, an 8-1 win over Gettysburg. That gave her 23 strikeouts in 20.0 innings for the week. On the season, Whittemore is 8-1 with a 0.74 earned run average and 66 strikeouts covering 57.0 innings in the circle.

Kelsi Martin, EMU: picked up a complete game win in a 5-1 decision at Mary Washington. Surrendered one run on three hits without a walk and four strikeouts.
Tiffany Cole, E&H: went 4-0 last week with three starts and a relief appearance. Went all five in a shortened 10-2 win over Lesley, giving up two runs on three hits with seven punchouts. Went a full 7.0 innings for a 3-2 win over Gettsyburg, surrendering two runs on four hits with a walk and six strikeouts. Worked 2.2 relief innings for the win in a 9-5 decision over Rutgers-Camden. Gave up three hits and fanned one. Capped her week with a shortened five-inning shutout of Wesleyan, 10-0. Gave up just two hits and struck out a pair.
Courtney Lackey, GC: went six innings for the win in a 2-1 triumph over N.C. Wesleyan, marking her sixth win of the year. Gave up one run on five hits with four walks and a strikeout.
Conner English, LC: went 2-0 in two starts covering 11.0 innings. Went the distance in a 4-1 win over Greensboro, giving up one unearned run on four hits with a walk and four strikeouts. Gave up one run on three hits with two walks and three punchouts in 4.0 frames of a shortened 14-2 victory at Salem.
Emily Salsberry, RC: went 1-1 with a save in three appearances. Tossed a five-inning one-hit shutout of Averett, 8-0. Walked one and fanned five Cougars. Got the save with 1.2 innings of work in a 9-1 win over Pitt-Bradford. Took the loss in an 8-0 result to CNU. Gave up three runs on two hits with five walks and a strikeout in 4.2 innings.
Hanna Hull, VWU: improved to 11-0 on the season with three wins last week. Earned a one-hit shutout of Emory, 5-0, walking one and fanning seven along the way. Worked five innings in an 8-2 win over Salisbury in game one. Gave up on run on two hits with three walks and three strikeouts. Won the second shortened contest, 8-0, with six full frames of one-hit ball. Walked three and struck out 11. The run she gave up against Salisbury in game one snapped an 18-inning shutout streak.
