Nine ODAC Competitors Set for NCAA Swimming Championships

SHENANDOAH, Texas. --- Nine swimmers from ODAC schools are just hours away from competing in the 2017 NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships at the Conroe ISD Natatorium in Shenandoah, Texas. A total of 527 competitors (479 swimmers and 48 divers) will spend four days with action slated to begin the morning of Wednesday, March 15 and continuing thru Saturday, March 18.

For the second straight year, Emory & Henry College and Washington and Lee University will carry the ODAC banner on the national with one Wasps and eight Generals set to compete. E&H will be represented by Michaela Nolte as she closes her career in the 200-yard breaststroke. Emily Rollo and Ali MacQueen lead W&L's contingent as they will swim in five events each. Elle Chancey and Cassidy Fuller will swim four times each, while Laura Bruce and Emily Hageboeck take the pool three times. Elisabeth Holmes will swim twice, while Kelly Amar caps her rookie season with one appearance in Texas.
