Holmes, a sophomore from Raleigh, N.C., wins her second straight weekly award after helping W&L to a dual meet win over Mary Washington and a victory at the ODAC Relays hosted by Washington and Lee.  Holmes won three individual events against UMW, touching the wall first in the 200-yard (1:57.34), 500-yard (5:15.70) and 1000-yard (10:48.57) freestyle events.  She also helped her teammates to wins in the 200-yard medley relay in 1:42.44, which set a new Cy Twombly Pool record.  At the ODAC Relays, Holmes competed in four events, aiding to victories in the 8x25-yard freestyle (1:38.30), 500-yard freestyle (4:49.43), 200-yard medley (1:52.45), and 200-yard freestyle (1:41.31) relays.
