Michaela Nolte, Emory & Henry, So.

Nolte, a sophomore from Hillsborough, N.C., helped the Wasps to first place at the Union College Winter Invitational as Emory & Henry bested seven NAIA schools on the weekend.  Nolte competed in eight events, won twice individually and three times on relays, set one ODAC record, and met a pair of NCAA "B" Cuts.  Her individual victories came in the 100-yard and 200-yard breaststrokes with NCAA "B" Cut times of 1:05.46 and 2:23.13, respectively.  Her time in the 100-breaststroke set a new conference standard.  She also won the 50-yard freestyle in 0:24.31.  Nolte and her teammates claimed time prize in the 200-yard freestyle (1:37.57), 200-yard medley (1:49.89) and 400-yard medley (3:58.12) relays.  They went on to finish second in the 400-yard freestyle (3:33.34) and 800-yard freestyle (7:48.56) relays.

Women's Swimming Honor Roll

Isabel Gutierreiz, Guilford (Fr. - Greensboro, N.C.)
Gutierreiz led Guilford at the Yellow Jacket Invitational.  She was 17th in the 100-breaststroke (1:17.07) and 27th in the 200-IM (2:29.70).  She also competed in four relays.  She helped GC to 17th in both the 200-medley (2:20.24) and 400-medley (5:09.05) relays, and 18th in the 400-free (4:53.57) and 800-free (10:04.18) relays.

Emily Plowman, Randolph-Macon (So. - Chesapeake, Va.)
Plowman helped R-MC to fifth at the Yellow Jacket Invitational.  She was fifth in the 50-free (0:25.24), seventh in the 100-back (1:01.30) and 11th in the 100-free (0:55.72).  She also swam in four relays, helping R-MC to fourth in the 200-free (1:41.39), fifth in the 200-medley (1:57.05), and seventh in both the 400-free (3:48.13) and 400-medley (4:16.88) relays.

Emily Rollo, Washington and Lee (So. - Haddonfield, N.J.)
Rollo won one individual event and helped W&L to four relays wins on the way to first place at the Yellow Jacket Invitational.  Rollo won the 200-IM (2:08.20) and finished second in the 400-IM (4:43.45) and 200-backstroke (2:07.56).  Rollo and her teammates won the 200-free (1:39.73), 400-free (3:35.89), 800-free (7:51.89) and 200-medley (1:48.56) relays.
