Dorrie MacGregor, Lynchburg, Sr., Midfielder

MacGregor, a senior from Centreville, Md., contributed across the field two a pair of ODAC wins for Lynchburg last week, including a 20-9 victory over Shenandoah to wrap up the third seed in the upcoming ODAC Tournament. MacGregor opened her week with a goal and an assist in a 16-7 win at Virginia Wesleyan. She registered nine draw controls to go with a ground ball and a caused turnover. In the victory over SU, MacGregor scored three goals and dished out an assist for four points. She picked up a ground ball and gathered eight more draws. The latter number set her over top her own Lynchburg single-season record for draw controls, which now stands at 103. That total is #1 in the ODAC by 21 over second place. She has also racked up 36 points on 30 goals and six assists.

Women's Lacrosse Honor Roll

Sarah Yashinskie, BC: posted a nine-point week in a 1-1 showing for BC. Scored three times to go with six draw controls, four ground balls, and a caused turnover in an 18-12 setback at Shenandoah. Followed with three goals and three assists to go with five ground balls, four draw controls, and four caused turnovers in an 18-4 victory over Randolph.

Alicia Hsieh, R-MC: helped R-MC secure the #2 seed in the upcoming ODAC Tournament with four goals, four draw controls, a ground ball, and a caused turnover in a 19-2 win at Randolph.

Tori Manahan, VWU: recordd eight points in a 1-1 week for the Marlins. Scored twice and added two draw controls and a ground ball in a 16-7 setback to Lynchburg. Came thru one assist and five goals including hte game-winner with 0:07 on the clock for a 17-16 win at Guilford. She added a draw control to her line.

Collette Murray, W&L: scored a career-high five goals to go with one assist in a 19-8 season-ending win over Roanoke.
