Dorrie MacGregor, Lynchburg, Sr., Midfielder
April 30, 2018MacGregor, a senior from Centreville, Md., contributed across the field two a pair of ODAC wins for Lynchburg last week, including a 20-9 victory over Shenandoah to wrap up the third seed in the upcoming ODAC Tournament. MacGregor opened her week with a goal and an assist in a 16-7 win at Virginia Wesleyan. She registered nine draw controls to go with a ground ball and a caused turnover. In the victory over SU, MacGregor scored three goals and dished out an assist for four points. She picked up a ground ball and gathered eight more draws. The latter number set her over top her own Lynchburg single-season record for draw controls, which now stands at 103. That total is #1 in the ODAC by 21 over second place. She has also racked up 36 points on 30 goals and six assists. -
Cordelia Peters, Washington and Lee, Jr., Attack
April 24, 2018Peters, a junior from Larkspur, Calif., helped the nationally 10th-ranked Generals to a trio of wins last week including a pair of ODAC victories as the regular season conclusion draws near. Peters started her week with four goals and three assists to go with four ground balls and a caused turnover in an 18-5 win at Bridgewater. She added an assist, draw control, ground ball, and caused turnover in limited minutes of a 25-0 shutout on the road at Randolph. Peters capped her week with four more points in a 15-7 win over #23 Stevens. She scored two goals and dished out a pair of assists to go with two ground balls and a caused turnover. For the season, Peters is fifth in the ODAC with 51 points on 35 goals and 16 assists.

Hannah Jones, Randolph-Macon, Jr., Midfielder
April 16, 2018Jones, a junior from Chestertown, Md., put together both a high-volume and timely week of scoring in a pair of ODAC wins for the Yellow Jackets. Jones opened with three goals and two assists for five points in Randolph-Macon's 17-10 win at Bridgewater. She added nine draw controls and a caused turnover to her line. She upped the ante to seven goals with seven draw controls and a ground ball in a 15-14 victory at Shenandoah. It was her tally with 4:14 to play the proved the game-winner. R-MC is now in sole possession of second place in the ODAC at 4-1 with a 7-6 overall mark. Jones now has 37 points on an ODAC seventh-best 33 goals and four assists. She is also seventh in draw controls (48) and free-position goals (11-of-20).

Jess Castelo, Washington and Lee, Sr., Attack
April 09, 2018Castelo, a senior from Red Bank, N.J., exploded for a career-high 11-point outing in the nationally 11th-ranked Generals 24-9 victory over Lynchburg. Castelo tied her collegiate-best with six goals to go with a new personal-high five assists. Leading by just one at 9-8 at the half, Washington and Lee out-scored Lynchburg 15-1 in the second half with Castelo contributing to five of those tallies with three goals and two assists. She added three ground balls and a caused turnover for the game. On the season, Castelo leads the Generals and is seventh in the ODAC with 39 points and 27 goals and 12 assists.

Kelsi Trevisan, Lynchburg, So., Midfielder
April 02, 2018Trevisan, a sophomore from West Chester, Pa., delivered an 11-point week to help the Hornets to a pair of victories including a key ODAC tilt. Trevisan opened her week with five goals and two assists in a 16-8 non-conference win over Wellesley. She added a ground ball and a draw control to her line. Then she came up with three goals and an assist in a 15-12 ODAC road win at Roanoke. The victory moved Roanoke to 2-0 in ODAC play right behind Washington and Lee at 3-0. Trevisan has racked up 25 points on 18 goals and seven assists this season.

Dani Murray, Washington and Lee, So., Midfielder
March 26, 2018Murray, a sophomore from Denver, Colo., put together a nine-point week as the nationally 14th-ranked Generals picked up a pair of victories. Murray opened with three goals and a career-best three assists in Washington and Lee's come-from-behind win over nationally 10th-ranked Tufts University. She added four draw controls to her stat line. Murray followed with three more goals to go with three draw controls in a 17-2 victory at Virginia Wesleyan in the Generals ODAC opener. For the season, Murray is second on the squad in both points (19) and goals scored (15). She leads W&L with 19 draw controls.

Cordelia Peters, Washington and Lee, Jr., Attack
March 19, 2018Peters, a junior from Larkspur, Calif., continues to help the nationally 14th-ranked Generals right their ship against one of the toughest schedules in the country. Peters registered six points in Washington and Lee's 13-9 triumph over then #19 Catholic University. She scored four goals and dished out a pair of assists. The Generals have now played against six nationally-ranked programs with this marking their second victory. Peters has racked up a team-best 16 points on 11 goals and five assists.

Abby Zorrilla, Shenandoah, Sr., Attack
March 12, 2018Zorrilla, a senior from Lancaster, Pa., helped the Hornets to three victories last week including a triumph in its opening game of conference play. Zorrilla collected 13 points over the two games, including a crucial six points on one goal and five assists in an 11-7 victory at Roanoke to their ODAC openers. She found the back of the cage three times in an 18-7 non-conference win at DeSales University, and then scored once more and passed out three assists in a 17-14 triumph over the University of Scranton. For the season, Zorilla is ninth in the ODAC with 18 points on nine goals and an ODAC third-best nine assists.

Dwyer Neal, Bridgewater, So., Attack
March 05, 2018Neal, a sophomore from Colonial Beach, Va., helped the Eagles pick up their second straight weekly award in a 20-0 shutout at Salem. It is Bridgewater's third whitewashing of an opponent in its past 18 games dating back to last season. Neal triggered the offense with a game-high four points on two goals and two assists. She collected three draw controls and caused a game-best four turnovers. For the season, Neal is tied for the team lead with eight points on six goals and two assists. She is sixth in the ODAC with five caused turnovers.

Anna O'Hara, Bridgewater, Jr., Midfielder
February 26, 2018O'Hara, a junior from Fairfax, Va., was right in the thick of the action as the Eagles posted a 14-13 overtime upset victory at Christopher Newport University. O'Hara scored five times while picking up three ground balls and causing two turnovers. She scored with 4:06 showing on the second-half clock, creating a 13-13 tie that persisted thru the end of regulation. He final goal of the game came in overtime as she locked up the win for Bridgwater in its season-opener.

Annie McCorry, Shenandoah, Sr., Attack
February 19, 2018McCorry, a senior from Downingtown, Pa., opened the season with a stat sheet-stuffing performance in the Hornets 17-7 win over Hood. McCorry scored three goals and dished out three assists for six points. She added seven ground balls and four draw controls while also causing two turnovers. Six of her seven shots were on goal, and she converted 2-of-4 free position attempts.
