Woll, a junior from Woodbridge, Va., helped the third-ranked Hornets to a pair of wins last week. LC opened with a 6-0 win at Sweet Briar in which Woll scored the opening goal and later added an assist. The Hornets then headed on the road to New Jersey for a regional clash with Rowan University. Woll scored twice against the regionally fifth-ranked squad, helping LC to a 3-0 win. Woll is currently fifth in the ODAC in points (25) and goals scored (10).
Women's Soccer Honor Roll
Michelle Viegas, Bridgewater (Jr., M - Laurel,
Md.)
Viegas helped BC to a 2-1 week with three goals and an assist.
She scored once in a 2-0 win at Sweet Briar. She
followed that with two goals and an assist in an 8-1 win over
Salem.
Nicki Baggett, Guilford (Fr., F - Greensboro,
N.C.)
Baggett scored the game-tying goal in the Quakers' 3-2 win over
Emory & Henry. She has a team-best five goals scored.
Erin McClelland, Randolph (So., D - Virginia Beach,
Va.)
McClelland scored twice and handed out an assist in
the WildCats' 9-0 triumph over Hollins.
Erin Dziedzina, Randolph-Macon (Jr., D - Etters,
Va.)
Dziedzina notched a pair of assists in the Yellow
Jackets 3-1 road win at EMU.
Emily Whitaker, Roanoke (Fr., M - Roanoke, Va.)
Whitaker notched the first goal in a 2-0 win over
Randolph. The Maroons also tied Shenandoah, 1-1.
Rebecca Angerome, Shenandoah (Fr., GK - Sterling,
Va.)
Angerome did double-duty for the Hornets. She
spent 22:18 in net, making one save. She also got involved in
the scoring with a hat-trick in an 11-0 win at Hollins.
Lauren Shular, Virginia Wesleyan (Fr., F - Fairfield,
Ohio)
Shular scored twice ina 7-0 win over Eastern
Mennonite. She then added an assist in a 3-0 win over
Guilford. She leads VWC with 17 points.
Tricia Jessee, Washington and Lee (So., F - Roanoke,
Va.)
Jessee scored twice in the Generals 3-0 win at
Randolph-Macon. She now has a team-best nine goals scored.
W&L also defated Bridgewater, 1-0, last week.
