Marshall, a first-year from Arlington, Va., helped the nationally 12th-ranked Generals to a pair of wins last week including a conference triumph over Randolph, 9-0, and a non-conference victory over 13th-ranked Johnson Hopkins, 7-2. Marshall won 6-2, 6-2, at #1 singles against Randolph. She and teammate Lily Horsley added an 8-2 win at #1 doubles. Then versus JHU, Marshall won 6-1, 6-4 at #2 singles after joining Horsley for an 8-3 victory at #2 doubles.

Women's Tennis Honor Roll

Caroline Guill, LC: won 3-6, 6-3, 6-2 at #4 singles and 8-1 with Christina Harris at #1 doubles in a 5-4 loss to Southern Virginia. Added a two more wins at the same flights in a 9-0 victory over Guilford, winning 6-0, 6-0 singles play and 8-1 in doubles action with Harris.

Kristin Dantzler, R-MC: won 6-4, 7-5 at #3 singles and 8-4 at #1 doubles with Stephanie Yeager in an 8-1 team win at Meredith. Then won 6-0, 6-0 at #3 singles and 9-7 at #1 doubles with Yeager in a 5-4 setback to St. Mary's (Md.).
