Tiffany Barrett, Virginia Wesleyan, Jr., Outside Hitter

Barrett, a junior from Stafford, Va., put together a banner week in helping Virginia Wesleyan to a 5-0 showing that included a win over Lynchburg and four victories at the Gallaudet Worthington Classic where Barrett was named the Most Valuable Player.  She posted 70 kills, 56 digs, eight aces and seven blocks while hitting .305 over the course of the week.  She had 16 kills, 10 digs and two blocks in a 3-1 win at Lynchburg, one of three double-doubles on the week.  On the first day at Gallaudet, she hammered 14 kills with 16 digs in a 3-0 win over FDU-Florham, and then added 12 kills, seven digs and five aces in a 3-0 victory over the host Bison.  Barrett started day two with eight kills, 11 digs and three blocks in a 3-0 win over Illinois Tech, and finish with 20 kills, 12 digs and two blocks in a 3-2 triumph over DeSales University.  Barrett currently leads the ODAC with 289 overall kills and is third at 3.71 kills per set.

Volleyball Weekly Honor Roll

Abby Mills, Bridgewater (Jr. - OH)
Mills collected 39 kills and 36 digs in the Eagles 3-0 week.  She had 15 kills and 12 digs in a 3-2 win at Emory & Henry, and followed that with a second double-double with 15 kills and 18 digs in a 3-2 win over Southern Virginia.  She had nine kills and six digs in a 3-0 win over Virginia Union.

Maria Yoder, Eastern Mennonite (Fr. - OH)
Yoder helped EMU to a 1-1 week with 25 total kills over the two matches.  She had a career-high 15 winners in a 3-0 win at Hollins, and 10 kills with two blocks and two aces in a 3-1 loss at Guilford.

Casey Davis, Guilford (So. - OH)
Davis hammered out 25 kills with 14 digs and four aces in a 1-1 week for the Quakers.  She had 14 kills, six digs and two aces in a 3-0 loss to William Peace.  She added 11 kills, eight digs and two more aces in a 3-1 win over Eastern Mennonite.

Jennifer Garrett, Lynchburg (Jr. - OH)
Garrett posted 12 kills and 14 digs in the Hornets 3-1 loss to Virginia Wesleyan.

Autumn Troxell, Randolph (Fr. - MH)
Troxell put together a 43-kill 19-dig showing while hitting .295 in the WildCats 2-1 week.  She set career-highs for kills (19) and digs (12) with three blocks and two aces in a 3-1 win over Southern Virginia.  She added 13 kills and five digs in a 3-1 loss at Methodist, and backed that with 11 kills and two digs in a 3-0 win over Wesley.

Courtney Lowers, Randolph-Macon (Sr. - OH)
Lowers went for 17 kills, 13 digs, four blocks and two aces in a 3-1 win over Roanoke, breaking a tie for first in the ODAC.  She leads the ODAC at 3.84 kills per set.

Alexandra Martin, Roanoke (Sr. - DS)
Martin helped Roanoke to a 2-2 week and earned a spot on the Neumann Classic All-Tournament Team for her play on RC's back line. She had 24 digs in a 3-1 loss to Randolph-Macon.
