Miranda Hall, Randolph-Macon, So., Outside Hitter

Hall, a sophomore from Mechanicsville, Va., picks up her second weekly award after helping the Yellow Jackets take over sole possession of first place in the ODAC standings with their 3-2 victory at Washington and Lee. Hall led all players with 20 kills and 21.0 points earned in the five-set thriller that saw R-MC come back from 2-1 down after three sets. She hit .333 for the match with just four errors in 48 attacks. She added seven digs, two blocks and an ace to her stat line, which also featured a 4.2 points per set average. For the season, Hall leads the ODAC in kills per set (3.27) and points per set (3.5). She is sixth with 206 total kills and 10th with a .243 attack percentage.

Volleyball Weekly Honor Roll

Carleigh Studtmann, MH, BC: Helped BC to a 2-1 week with one ODAC victory. Had 14 kills with three blocks in a 3-0 win over Shenandoah. Finished the week with 12 total blocks (four solo).

Maria Yoder, MB, EMU: Helped EMU defeated Ferrum, 3-1, with 15 kills and two blocks while hitting .500.

Christian Ritter, OH, GC: Collected 13 kills with 12 digs, four aces and a block in Guilford's 3-1 win over Greensboro.

Mesa Willis, OH/RS, LC: Helped LC go 4-0 at Alfred with 44 kills and 20 digs over 18 sets. She had 13 winners in a 3-2 win over Alfred and 12 in a 3-2 win over Lycoming. 

Christen Zammit, DS, RC: Registered a pair of 30-assist matches with 21 total digs as RC defeated Randolph, 3-0, and lost to Averett, 3-0.

Elizabeth Britton, OH, VWU: Collected 31 kills and hit .342 with 10 total digs and four blocks in a 1-2 week for the Marlins. Had 12 winners in a 3-1 loss to W&L and 11 kills in a 3-1 loss to Mary Washington.
