Toney, a junior from Roanoke, Va., got his season started off on the right foot as he was the first collegiate finisher at the ODAC Preview Meet, placing third overall.  He posted a time of 28:37.30 over the eight-kilometer course, which will also serve as the site of the ODAC Championships hosted by Guilford College.  Toney's efforts help Roanoke finish second in the team standings (50 pts.)

Men's Cross Country Honor Roll

Wyatt Campbell, Bridgewater (So. - Ashland, Va.)
Campbell was the first of five-straight Bridgewater finishers at the ODAC Preview Meet, each separated by just 0.10-seconds from one to the next.  Campbell finished fifth overall in 29:19.20, helping BC claim the team title (25 pts.)

Ryan Gehman, Eastern Mennonite (Jr. - Millersville, Pa.)
Gehman posted an 8K time of 29:05.40 at the ODAC Preview Meet, finishing fourth overall.  His efforts helped EMU to third in the team standings.

Michael Cawood, Emory & Henry (Fr. - Louisville, Ky.)
Cawood opened up his collegiate career with a 15th-place overall showing and 13th among collegiate runners at the ODAC Preview Meet with an 8K time of 29:30.60.  He led E&H to fourth in the team standings (104 pts.).

Chaunce Bustamante, Lynchburg (Fr. - Springfield, Va.)
Bustamante was the top finished from Lynchburg, crossing the line in 29:25.40 over the 8K layoutt at the ODAC Preview Meet.
