Mast, a senior from Broadway, Va., picks up her second weekly award after winning her second race in four attempts this season. Mast stopped the watches first overall at the CNU Invitational with a six-kilometer time of 23:46.0. She completed the course 29-second faster than the next closest competitor. The first time competitor also has a second-place showing on her performance sheet this season. Her efforts helped EMU to first in the team standings with 20 points.

Women's Cross Country Weekly Honor Roll

Alette McGuire, E&H: Set the school-record in 6K runs with a time of 23:51.0 at the Piedmont Invitational, her first attempt at the women's championship distance. She finished fifth overall and first D-III while helping E&H to fifth in the team standings.

Sommer Fanney, GC: Placed fourth overall and second in Division III with a 5K time of 20:12.6 at the Hagan Stone Classic. That time is the third-fastest in school history.
