Washington and Lee University increased its ODAC regular season unbeaten streak to nine seasons as the fifth-ranked Generals posted an 8-0 league mark on the way to securing the top seed in the upcoming ODAC Women's Lacrosse Tournament. The #1 billing also affords the Generals hosting duties for the conference semifinal and championship rounds. They along with second-seeded Roanoke earn byes into the semifinals in the seven-team field.

For the 10th straight season, the No. 1 ranked Washington and Lee women's lacrosse team claimed the ODAC Championship, as the top-seeded Generals defeated second-seeded Randolph-Macon, 17-7, in the title game on Sunday at Watt Field.

The Generals host the 2011 title game, in which they'll go after their 12th overall and second straight league crown.

The Maroons advance to the conference championship for the fifth appearance at the ODAC title game in the last six years. Gina Valles fired in five goals to go along with an assist to lead RC to victory over LC.
