Swan Gets Win No. 600 as CC Thumps Randolph-Macon

Head coach Rick Swan picked up career win No. 600 on Friday night as the Colorado College volleyball team rolled to a 25-15, 25-14, 25-19 victory over Randolph-Macon College in the 2019 CC Invitational.

Now in his 22nd season with the Tigers, Swan's overall record now stands at 600-210. Since taking the reins of the program in 1998, Swan has guided Colorado College to a school-record 21 consecutive appearances in the NCAA Division III Women's Volleyball Championship.

CC continued to fire on all cylinders on the offensive side of the net, posting a .355 hitting percentage during the hour-long match.

Harris led Colorado College with nine kills and three aces against the Yellow Jackets.

Junior middle hitter Emma Hewlin added eight kills, while Counts finished with six.

Hewlin also had a hand in six of Tigers' nine blocked shots, while Counts dished out 26 assists.

With its 13th consecutive win, CC improved to 20-2.

Colorado College Standouts
Anna Gurolnick led CC with 12 digs.
Georgia Mullins and Lizzy Counts each hit .500 with six and five kills, respectively.

Randolph-Macon Standouts
Grave Parker had a team-high six kills.
Mackenzie Loewe led the Yellow Jackets with seven digs.

Next for the Tigers
Colorado College plays its final non-conference match of the regular season against DePauw University on Saturday 2 p.m. at Reid Arena.
