EMORY, Va. – The Emory & Henry College Women's Soccer Team (2-0) scored once in both halves as it picked up a 2-0 win over Ferrum College (0-3) Saturday night at home.

How It Happened
- The Wasps got on the board late in the 31st minute when junior midfielder Grace Williams (Earlysville, Va.) scored an unassisted goal from 30 yards out.
- With 21:45 left to play, E&H made it a 2-0 contest as freshman midfielder Olivia Haynes (Spotsylvania, Va.) shot from the top of the 18-yard box into the left-hand side of the box.
- Emory & Henry had its second opportunity to score a penalty in as many contests in the 75th minute, but Haynes' attempt went just above the crossbar, as the Wasps cruised to the 2-0 win.

Emory & Henry Individual Leaders
- Haynes led all players with nine shots, putting four of her chances on target while freshman forward Camilla Dobraniecki (Chesapeake, Va.) tallied five shots on the night.
- Junior goalkeeper Natalie Capone (Kannapolis, N.C.) earned her second clean sheet in as many matches, making seven saves.

Ferrum Individual Leaders
- Sydney Kincaid put up three shots in the contest including two on goal while Brady Hertz had two attempts on frame.
- Ali Austin tallied nine saves between the pipes for the Panthers despite the loss.
