"We are happy to get a win, for sure, but I hope we learned from this today," Head Coach Mike Turk said. "We were very sloppy on offense, turnovers and penalties, not playing well.  We were able to overcome most of it, but can't afford to dig ourselves a hole like that. I am proud of the way our defense controlled the game, though, they bailed us out several times.  We have a lot to work on, for sure."

The Hawks return home to face Belhaven to open USA South Conference play on Saturday, September 24th. Kickoff is scheduled for 1:00 PM CST.
